Severed with a side of tortillas (flour or corn), rice and cilantro/onions/jalapenos. The broth was delicious and the vegetables still had a nice bite to it. So many people ordered this while I was there. Must be a great sign! $15.00 total. Can't wait to try something else off the menu. Oh and the register lady is super nice!

Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. I live within walking distance of this restaurant, and nearly every visit has involved some type of issue -- either my order is prepared incorrectly or the shake machine is unavailable. Most notably, the shake machine has reportedly been "down" during my last three consecutive visits, which has become increasingly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that In-N-Out has built such a strong reputation for excellent service, attentive staff, and operational consistency. Sadly, this location has not reflected those standards in my experience. And I hate to say this but, its the demographics of this location. I say this eith the upmost respect but its TRUE. At this point, I have chosen to drive approximately 30 minutes to the Menifee location instead, simply because I no longer feel confident visiting this one. I truly hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the reliability and overall experience at this location.
