My son and his friends visited this area of the shopping complex, when I picked them up after they wanted to eat something, the only thing we could see in the shopping complex was Mc Donald's ;) , we walked around to find a shopping center Map and we saw that there's a food area, we didn't see it around 'coz it was way in the back of the shopping complex, like behind a NIKE shoes store. We walked to the food area and saw a few mini stalls of food, it was too cold back then, so they chose to eat at "SEOUL STREET " It's a COOK your own Ramen place, the teens got interested with it so we tried these Ramens: *LOBSTER RAMEN *WHITE JJAMPPONG SEAFOOD flavor *SHI MIN SHRIMP flavor *GARLIC & CLAM RAMEN flavor So much Ramen to choose from on their wall! How it works is first you pick your Ramen, choose if you want to purchase Sides and Toppings, afterwards go to a Ramen station to cook it. They have a selection of just paying for the Ramen or their combo where you can also get a Drink and 1 free topping. They liked the selection of the Ramen they got and they liked the concept of cooking the Ramen and eating with their friends, but they said they could just go to Asian stores and buy the same packaging of Ramen for a lesser price ;) Oh well, these are teens, I'm glad I'm the one who always pays whenever they go out and they can ask me to get whatever they want ;) So Far we came back here twice already 'coz another friend of my Son wanted to try this place. It's a nice concept to add for the Teens to do and go sit and chit chat, but the space inside is very small, so I don't know where you are gonna eat your Ramen when the few table they have are all full. The staff are very friendly and the inside is clean. Parking could be an issue when on a Holiday 'coz I only saw a few parking spots near this Food area.

I definitely think it's a fun concept, however it is pricey, for what you get, and you can honestly, do it all at home. It was a fun experience to try, but we probably won't be back. The prices for the ramen were 3-4x more expensive than just buying a pack at the store. You can buy a whole set for the same price you're paying for 1 pack. Although some toppings were free, a lot of the ones you would want to add cost $1 extra. Another downside for us was that they only had hard boiled eggs, no soft boiled. When you purchase your ramen they tell you which button to press which is really helpful! The cup I had grabbed for the drink had a crack and the immediately gave me a replacement cup and allowed me to grab another bag. They have good customer service and great employees but the experience itself was too expensive for what you get. If you're looking for the location is it right across from Carl's Jr!

Walked by this place in the Las Americas outlet down south near the border. I had heard of these places in Japan and Korea, and looks like they're showing up in the U.S. Seems like a neat concept but I don't think it's worth it. Prices are pretty high for just package noodles. The experience might be neat to try maybe once. So u basically pick whatever noodles/ramen u want. Go to the hot water station, fill your bowl up, add condiments if u want and slurp away. No guided service really needed, pretty self explanatory. They have tables to dine. Maybe I'll try it once next time I'm back and write a second review on what I think.

I'm giving it 5 stars for our experience. My daughters saw it on social media and wanted to try it. It was about a 30 minute drive from Grossmont. It was fun, interesting stuff and many ramen to choose from. It is a bit pricey especially with all the add ons. I didn't like the wait for making it yourself, I also didn't like how you have to warm up your own dumplings in the microwave. It's also very small with a few tables. Although we enjoyed ourselves, the experience, I personally wouldn't come back.

What a fun experience. They had so much ramen to choose from. I like that this is like a Korean convenience store. Absolutely loved the wall of ramen. This place is definitely a vibe. They have different topping you can choose from. I got green onions, spam, soft boiled egg and rice cake. The juice selection was also fun to choose from. I got the pineapple one which was so delicious. It wasn't too sweet which I enjoyed. We went early so we were able to get a seat inside. This is a must try spot, then you can go shopping afterwards. Thank you Seoul Street for a fun experience. I can't wait to come back and try different ramen and toppings.

Cool concept of ramen noodles and a do it your own style at the Las americas premium outlets near the boarder of Tijuana. I thought it would be expensive prior to going, but turned out to not be so bad. I'd recommend you check it out if in the area. The line was pretty long when I came on a Saturday afternoon and went pretty fast. The owner I believe it was, was assisting customers on making their noodles and workers were attentively cleaning up after people. I like how they offer a huge variety of noodles, you can choose thin, thick, or stir fried. They also have a huge variety of drinks that you can get creative with to mix and match. I did a coffee and banana milk mixture that I saw online which turned out to be good.

Came to the outlet mall just for this place! Saw it on social media and it was something I wanted to try. Really family friendly - make your own convenience store-style noodles! A lot of ramen/ramyeon to choose from (they even have the family pack/XL packs if you want to give those a try). They even have some of the iconic Korean drinks to choose from.

My daughter is head over heels for ramen, especially the spicy kind, so I whisked her off to Seoul Street to kick off her birthday week with a tasty surprise! Nestled in the Los Americas outlets, finding this place is like a scavenger hunt--definitely not near the bustling food court but tucked away at the far east end of the center. We rolled in around 3 PM on a Sunday, and it seemed pretty chill. A little line at the door? No biggie! I've seen it snake out like a theme park ride on the post that I seen online, but with just a few people ahead of us, I thought we were golden. Little did I know, picking noodles off the wall and gathering all the fixings felt like an Olympic sport! After snagging our noodle bowl and paying, we still had to join the "wait in line to make your ramen" club--an exercise in patience, to say the least. The place is tiny, and with everyone trying to whip up their ramen, it turned into a waiting game that could test the mightiest of appetites. Honestly, I'd prefer a chef to work their magic and serve it up hot when it's ready! Seating is scarce, with barely enough room inside and just a few tables outside. Not ideal for slurping up those noodles since they don't exactly travel well in a takeout box. All the ramen is pre-packaged, and you can easily snag many flavors at World Market or any Asian market. For the price and the hassle, I'd much rather whip them up at home in my PJs! In a nutshell, I wasn't wowed by this place. It's not wallet-busting, but it's not a bargain either. The whole cooking and waiting shenanigan really took the fun out of my food adventure!

I found Seoul Street on social media and wanted to check it out. Right when you walk in, you pick a ramen packet and can grab a drink. Then, you pay upfront while selecting any extra toppings for $1 each. I got corn and onion for toppings. After, you make your ramen at one of their five machines. For two ramens and two drinks, we spent $23, which felt a bit pricey considering you're making it. However, the experience itself was fun and there was a wide range of ramen options. The process was easy, but the number of people there can impact how long it takes to make the ramen. We were behind a family, so we had to wait a bit for an open machine. It's a small space, but they have a few tables indoors and a few outside. Make sure to consider the spice level when choosing your ramen! Overall, it's a worth a try and was a unique experience, especially worth it for someone who loves ramen.

Such a cute and cool experience for a ramen spot! Food was delicious you can add things like cilantro hard or cook your egg in the ramen or green onions spam or sausage! Definitely a must try if you're in the area service was quick and easy! With a variety of ramen to choose from make sure to try the viral banana chocolate drink and grab yourself a cup of ice from the cooler!

First you pick your own ramen, they have a ton of diff kinds, then you pick toppings! Some are an additional dollar but for minor items like like or cilantro, its free. They tell you how to make it and its very easy and self explanatory

It is all self serve. I have seen it all around social media so I had to come check it out. Their selection for Ramen is massive from mild to spicy. Their drinks selection is good too. They have the Korean juices where you pour in a cup full of ice. Service was great as well for a first timer. Will be coming back!

Soul Street is a pretty cool spot, especially with their wall of ramen, which my friends and I were excited to try. It has a vibe similar to Korean convenience stores, and they offer different spice levels noodles, which is great for your tolerance. I loved their pouch juices, the melon one was my favorite. They offer a few selection of free toppings, and the ones for a dollar are fair. There are three stands where you can boil your noodles, but keep in mind that both waiting in line and cooking your noodles can take a while. Overall, it was a fun experience. The shop is located next to Carl's Jr., and I tried the level 4 spicy noodles with green onion, sausage, baked egg, and mozzarella cheese, which was pretty fire!
