I messaged them for an event from a month before through text and their instagram and received a one kind response after 2 weeks to fill out their form which I had already done. Still no call or text or message back. I tried calling after 3 phone messages still because I was invested at this point and then I was told he can't take a last minute request or to go to TJ because I offered him a generous offer when I had less guests than his minimum and needed him for half the time since I had to work within his time limits and not my party time. This guy obviously doesn't want any business and looking at his reviews I can't understand why unless he wants to quit. So rude; so unprofessional, complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache! ***Update: To be clear, this exactly proves my point who the bully and unprofessional person is. I messaged him over a month ago and he answers week of and wants to come for half the time and tells me this is my set fee whether I serve 3 people or 65 for 15 minutes or 2 hours?!? But on the way out of the theater, we decided to have a little snack and we found a churro sundae. With cinnamon Banana bananas for Chiro sticks, short ones because it's a small package and ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup. It was only seven dollars and was delicious. So delicious. I had to go back to tip them because it's cash only and I gave them five bucks because I didn't feel like they charged enough. These guys are fantastic!!! They keep it simple and have an amazing product and service. The churros are absolutely delicious, and they have ice cream and a bunch of sides/dips that the guests loved. The guests were raving about the churros, most went back for seconds, and they still had a lot of leftovers to leave us with (including ice cream that was too big for the freezer). We were so happy, and people are still talking about it. We had Big Boyz tacos cater the tacos and had the opposite experience - absolutely horrible, they forgot the two most important foods, and the owners were very unprofessional and annoying.
