We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it done in a way that will not be long-lasting. I discourage you from using them for your yard projects in the future.

Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. We can't wait for more housing projects in the future and will absolutely be giving them a call.

BEWARE! We visited Rough Cut Sheds in Thurston Co. We were favorably impressed with the sheds we…read moresaw, and with Ron. Ron drew us a rough diagram (which included windows) and which was a basic design agreeable to us. We made a down payment. Ron told us we'd have the shed in 10-12 weeks. Ron seems like a very nice guy as long as everything goes his way! If it doesn't, we found, he is not at all customer-friendly. It is important to get an extremely detailed drawing of the shed, and an extremely detailed contract from him. Both his drawing and his contracts lack important details we unfortunately later realized. During the 10-12 weeks we tried to reach Ron a few times to clarify our shed details, concerned that the drawing was inadequate. It was hard to reach him and when we did he seemed disinterested, unwilling to discuss details. We then provided him drawings to make sure we were on the same page with what we had discussed for our design weeks back. He barely acknowledged the drawings if at all. In asking after status of our project, he was noncommittal. It was 15 or more weeks before the shed was finally delivered. Delivery price on arrival was at least double the cost he had estimated at our initial visit. And, although he had told us we could select different windows which we did (and paid for, and had delivered to him) he did not subtract cost of windows he would have used from our remaining balance. Thus, we paid for windows twice! The exterior step which we'd agreed upon was missing on delivery. The door opened in the direction opposite to what I had requested; he told me his design was better! An exterior wall board, a few days later, popped free at the base. The interior wall-attached sitting-bench legs were too weak to support the bench which bowed substantially if sat upon. Ron suggested I get someone in Seattle to make the needed repairs, and that he would reimburse me. I got a local carpenter to do the repairs and sent Ron the invoice with photos of the work for reimbursement. Hearing nothing back from Ron, I called. Ron got quite angry and hung up the phone. I've called back again to get this resolved. It has been akin to dealing with Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde! Ron has steadfastly refused to reimburse me--as he three times promised to do--for the board, the bench, and the step, and the door repairs. Since then, the door latch has also stopped working and the door does not close. He has been rude and hangs up on me although I've been most patient and courteous in calling as to status of the reimbursement. He hangs up after making very angry untrue statements and personally insulting comments to me. I would encourage exercising extreme CAUTION in dealing with Rough Cut Sheds!! Ron has a way of turning questions and legitimate issues back on his customer. He refuses to accept responsibility for issues with his work and has quite limited communication skill, in our experience.
