Inside, the café is clean, inviting, and has a warm atmosphere that's perfect for grabbing a coffee or catching up with a friend. I ordered a large cold brew with vanilla syrup, and it was easily the highlight of my visit. Smooth, refreshing, and nicely balanced without being overly sweet. I would absolutely order it again. For food, I tried the Breakfast Burrito, although it's really closer to a Crunchwrap than a traditional burrito. It comes with scrambled eggs, bacon, peppers and onions, cheddar cheese, avocado mash, tater tots, and lima crema. On paper, it sounded like a home run. Unfortunately, the execution did not live up to the description. It ended up being extremely greasy, mushy, and surprisingly lacking flavor despite having so many ingredients. I kept expecting each bite to get better, but it never really did. It was one of those dishes that had a lot of potential but just missed the mark. My cold brew and breakfast came to $23.84 with tax, which felt a little expensive for a breakfast wrap and coffee. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee because it was excellent. As for the food, I'd probably try something different next time. If the kitchen can match the quality of the coffee, this place could be a real standout.

The shop itself is rather small but it is clean,inviting, & filled w/ the amazing aroma of freshly baked bread. For my free loaf I chose the Apricot Delight (sliced thin), which was packed w/ apricots, raisins, & currants. What impressed me most was that Nicole(staff who took care of me) told me the bread has more fruit than bread & no added sugar or preservatives.The fruit was plentiful in every slice, & since there's no added sugar, the natural sweetness really shined through. It was incredibly fresh, flavorful, & absolutely delish! I also tried the Hot Honey Pepperoni Mini Pizza , which was tasty w/ plenty of flavor. The only complaint I have is that it couldn't be warmed up. I think it would have been better hot!To finish things off, I tasted a cinnamon roll that was soft, ooey,gooey, everything a good cinnamon roll should be(except it would have been better hot as well). Overall, I was very impressed w/ the quality of the homemade baked goods & the freshness(they bake everything daily)of everything I tried. The staff was friendly, the rewards program was a nice bonus, & I even earned points through the Cobs app for future visits. I'll def be back to try more of their breads,baked goods, & pastries! Pink Sweets Cakes makes custom cakes but also offers a menu of other desserts that changes daily! They also offer PINK cappuccino and hot chocolate - how cute is that?!! I wasn't planning on buying dessert as I was in the mall, but couldn't pass up the shop as I walking by and ended up leaving with a pretty decent sized piece of tiramisu!
