They had so many different Japanese offerings, it was so nice to see -- ceramics, teas, snacks, cooked food, etc. There was SO much, and on top of that, they seemed to have almost all of the Harney & Son's offerings, including the special edition teas like the Death of the Nile and Murder on The Orient Express. Can this really be called a Japanese restaurant? Given my position, I'm quite particular about discipline and manners, but I rarely reprimand people I don't know. However, since the situation was so bad, I did speak up--but they must have held a grudge, because their attitude has been even worse ever since.
