This place has good white cheese dip. We had the chicken chimichanga they were pretty good the best that we have found around here. Service was very slow. Food took a really long time to get to us & then it was cold. I was nervous to send it back so I ate it cold. Not a fan. Most likely not going back. Parking lot looked busy, went in and surprised to see many open tables. Sat immediately, young host girl asked if I needed kids menu, said yes and she never came back. Guy got our drink order, no problem. He vanished and then we waited 20 minutes to flag down another server to order. She came back after another five and took it. Waited 40 min for food, then I waited another 10 for the rest (my food). Got grilled chicken with chorizo, tasty and pretty standard. Meal didn't come with rice which was odd. Finished food and had to flag down another girl for our ticket. I noticed a lot of people getting up to get boxes or napkins. $35 for two meals and a single taco. I probably won't go back for a while until they fix their floor arrangement for their servers. The new location is amazing. The menu is extensive, the server was attentive but overly so. I really enjoyed my firs visit and am looking forward to coming back soon. Went on taco tuesday. Big mistake. It got so quick. The server could not keep up. We waited forever to get a refill. Tacos were just normal.

Food is terribly bland. Salsa is watery tomato juice. Refried beans look and taste like water was mixed with chalk.

I haven't eaten Taco Bell in years, but I can't imagine that food being as bad as it was at this place. Service was mediocre at best, food wasn't even that good. Worst Mexican I've ever had. Bland and soggy best describes the enchiladas. I would say it could have been a bad day, but this restaurant is owned/managed by a guy who owns a consistently terrible Mexican place in Pleasant Hill that I've been to several times before. I've been here with my fiancée more than 10 times - sometimes for a slow lunch on a weekday, but most times a packed restaurant on the weekend, and we always receive excellent service with fantastic food and drinks, all served in a very timely manner. Horrible service. Waited over 10 minutes before we ever seen a server. Gave us dirty salsa bowls, had to ask repeatedly for clean ones. Received half our order 45 minutes later and had to send half of that back for being cold. A table that was sat after us got half their food before us, but forgot his wife's food. They didn't receive it until he was done eating. Gave our waitress a coupon but I guess it disappeared cause it never came off our bill. Overheard manager tell another couple they were too busy with two bigger parties so that's why everyone else was being neglected and hoped they understood. What I understand is this place doesn't give two %#^*% about their customers. Didn't even give anyone discounts for messed up, or missing orders. There were three other tables that had the same, if not worse, issues than us. Will never go to this restaurant again. Servers were also very lost and rude. read more
