2.5 stars I'm all about trying new restaurants out but I'm So confused on why people think this is a 4 or 5 star place! As if Orange needed yet another Mexy Resturant.......brought my mom here for lunch only because we hadn't tried it before and 3 out the 4 reviews raved how good it was. My opinion, BLAND BLAND BLAND. My mom ordered the 7 layer dip b4 I arrived and even though it was HUGE, it was disappointing and 75% beans. The CCQ (chili con queso) had zero flavor, same thing with their chk fajita meat. Everything was underwhelming, boring and didn't taste like anything! Should have figured something was up when we were only the 2nd table there at 1pm. The best thing of the meal was the salsa AND I really didn't even like it that much lol. Glad we tried it but def will not be back; Casa Ole is higher of the Mexican food chain than this place. read more

Probably my favorite Mexican food restaurant. Never had a bad experience, it's locally owned and the food and service is good. The pricing fair and actually cheaper compared to other restaurants that serve similar food. The fajita burrito dinner or the Steak Quesadilla is typically my go-to. The salsa is out of this world. read more

Great place...everything was delicious! Restaurant very clean and neat. I had a small queso with beef and chimichanga for my entree. The staff was nice, fast, efficient. Food came out fast. Waitress checked on me multiple times. I'll definitely be back. Prices were great! read more

I love their taco salads soooo good and the best sweet tea! They may work and serve a little slow but the food is always good.

This place wasn't bad but wasn't expecting the location to be a couple doors down from a gas station. And when walking inside I was thrown back by the layout of restaurant. Only had about 25 tables but the service was great. Still was very nice inside. I ordered the layered dip which people weren't a fan of and I can understand. But was still worth the 5 bucks. I would order it again. I also got the Ranchero Burrito which I loved. This is definitely a come in your street clothes restaurant. When we first started going here I was so excited! There was a place called Taco Ranchero in Riverside off Simmons back in the 70s and I could still remember the taste of their hot sauce, the hot sauce here was almost it! Then they started adding black pepper and ruined it, haven't been back since, soooo disappointed. With me, if the hot sauce isn't good, I don't care what the food tastes like, the hot sauce is 50% of the meal in my opinion. read more
