GETTING HERE:…read more Located in Primm Nevada (Stateline) off the I-15. It's next to the Primm Resort (the old Primadonna) and across the freeway from Whiskey Pete's (RIP). REVIEW: This is a very hard review to write. I too, like many other Yelpers, stayed here as a kid and in my early 20's. So much fun and so much history! I have great memories of the roller coaster, especially. All of that is now gone; thanks to shutdown and other extenuating factors. But, the memories remain. I visited recently to see a concert at the Desert Star of the Arena, so thought it best to get a room. I was in the B Tower, and suffice to say, it was horrible. I won't get into details, but it was bad. V bad. I felt it was too late to call the Front Desk (after the concert, when I returned to my room) that I just sucked it up and powered through the night. When I checked out I made sure to mention the state of the room and they were more than accommodating and courteous and assured me that I ^should have called them when I returned late to my room. This outstanding service bumped this review up from 1 star to 3, and I was close to rounding up to 4. There's a Denny's on property and be sure to check out the Bonnie and Clyde Car! There's an old/empty food court area and it's located at the back. It has a separate Yelp page that I will reiverw and update shortly. Prayer circle for Buffalo Bill's that it will power forward and come out even stronger than before. I know they can and will!

My Fiancee and I did a weekend trip to Buffalo Bills Casino with my Aunt and her best friend…read more Neither of us, my Fiancee nor myself had ever stayed at this casino, and I've only had one other brief experience with this casino. However, both of us were so glad that we did! First off, the customer service. I would have given 5 stars but the cocktail waitress were super hard to catch and some of them seemed choosey on who to be nice to (I wish I could say more on this...). The rest of the staff, however, were simply amazing, on-point, exceptional customer service. From the second we walked in with our luggage, it literally was less than a minute while walking into the casino when one of their staff walked right across to us asking if we needed anything at all? From then on, the staff cleaning the rooms, to the bar tenders everyone just helped us to have a wonderful exceptional time. The both of us agreed, except for the cocktail waitress', some of the best customer service we have received in Vegas. The slot machines were nice and provided enough looseness for us to be able to play all day without breaking the bank and simply have a great time. I've never in vegas been able to stay within budget while playing slots, this was a first! Wonderful! One Bartender in particular, which I would remember his name but his bar was right next to the area with all the tv sports screens and stated he'd come over from the Primm (Older Caucasian gentleman). He was AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and kept us laughing and had a great time! Even the food vendors were all super helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend and will be back.

They take pride in providing the best and most important meal of the day. The room was clean and roomy. Plenty of pillows and bed was good. A little firmer than I like, but for a motel it was good. I will be staying here again when touring Route 66!

No offer of a discount or even an apology. So, enjoy your one star review and all of the free information that I'm giving to better inform possible future customers.... First off, I was in the cleaning industry for over 25 years and I know the difference between a clean room and a dirty one within seconds. So, I took the liberty to fully inspect the room and I made notes for this review. We spent over $200 for one night and it's honestly top five of the nastiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Upon walking into the room, the air in the room even felt dirty so, I knew I was going to have a bad night. There was a fly infestation in our bottom level hotel room, we killed at least 12 flies in the room on the one night that we stayed there. We came in from dinner and I saw multiple rooms with their doors wide open, the tenants were smoking in the doorways of their rooms, and they had their crusty clothes drying on the railings, not a good look. The hotel felt very unsafe, type of hotel you don't want to walk around at night. Sheets were musty and not fresh. Towels were rough and stained. Shower curtain was moldy. Three extremely long black straight hairs were all over the shower chair. Crusted blue soap on the shower soap dish and shower hose. Hair all over the shower floor. Poop crusted in the toilet bowl. Blood on the comforter. Stains all over the furniture. Dusty tables. Dirty refrigerator with food particles all in it. But, what made me the most upset was the dirty floor. There was no carpet in the room, so the main flooring was vinyl. It was never vacuumed or mopped before we checked in. I know this because, I made three passes in my white socks from the bathroom area to the couch to move our luggage and my socks turned black with dirt and grime immediately. After the kids took their showers they walked from the bathroom to their bed and their feet were black with dirt. Thankful I always bring towels from home so, we used the spare hotel towels to make a pathway for them to walk on to the bathroom. The level of filthiness in this hotel room could have made my family and I extremely sick. We were so turned off by our stay here that we didn't even eat at the free breakfast buffet. We had a long drive home, it would have been very annoying to have gotten diarrhea. Needless to say, my family and I will never stay here again. If anyone ever asked me what hotel to avoid in the area, I'll mention yours.

Enjoyed our stay at the Aquarius Casino Hotel. Check-in was…read moreeasy, and we stayed in the Arizona Tower. Bell service was quick and super helpful. Housekeeping was outstanding -- whatever we needed, they took care of it immediately. The rooms in that tower are a little dated, but there's plenty of drawer space and a great view of the river, at least in the room we had, which was on the 17th floor along the river. The rooms offer a Keurig-style coffee maker and bottled water which is free. Water pressure in shower was decent. The only downside is there's no in-room safe. The casino floor is loaded with slots, including a lot of modern machines, plus a decent-sized table games area. There are a few restaurants and a small food court. Staff throughout the casino -- including the drink waitresses -- are constantly checking if you need something, which was a nice touch. We primarily ate at the Aquarius Café because it has amazing deals and the food is decent (reminded me of old Vegas deals) Overall eating there was a huge savings compared to the other options. Valet parking is free, which is another nice touch. And like all the casinos along the river, you've got quick access to water taxis to hop over to other casinos. Of all the casinos located on the river, the Aquarius is by far the nicest. Another note if your gambling winning here was not something we accomplished, but we had a great time

Typical run down Laughlin hotel. Packed with people, lines for the elevator, smelled weed on our floor the whole time we were there, super smokey in the casino, parking in the afternoon to evening is horrendous!! Drove for 30+ minutes each night trying to find a parking spot. Ended up parking across the street with boats and trailers. Valet was closed/full. (Pls refer to photo of valet where there is plenty space for cars to move up. Terrible experience will never stay here again!!
