Cute Tex Mex place on the way in or out of the Hampton's on Montauk Hwy in East Moriches just before Westhampton. Good food. Fresh. Just made, not commercial. A variety of good spicy sauces for tacos etc.

I've passed by this place so many times and finally visited after a friend recommended it. Very fresh and authentic Mexican food. Really solid spot. My favorite was the tongue taco. The meat was tender and not chewy at all. The carnitas was great, the chorizo too, but the chicken was a little dry. This will be a go-to spot from now on for sure. Looking forward to trying more than just the tacos!

Very good authentic Mexican food. They have a pretty extensive menu with many interesting choices. It's more of a take out place but they do have several tables with waitress service. I did the Gringo thing, and got a burrito, it was very good. The homemade guacamole was excellent too. They also have an assortment of fruit flavored milk shakes, I tried the Banana, INSANE! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, it was obvious they took real pride in their restaurant. I still like Funcho's better, but this place is a lot closer, and the food was very good!

Burrito De Carne Asada "They said because it was type of meat"

If I had a chance to rate this place no stars I would. I ordered two burritos which came to a total of $32.00; meaning that for 1 burrito they charged me $14 with something, so expensive for 1 burrito! when I asked why it was expensive for just two burritos they told me because they were carne asada then I said okay it was fine me thinking in my mind that carne asada would be a good quality but no I was wrong! The burrito wasn't even great it was almost 90% rice, 5% beans, and 5% meat there was barely meat inside the burrito it was more rice than meat. So I took the chance to open up the burrito and I was right it was mostly rice and barely meat and beans. I would never recommend this place to anybody nor to spend there money it's not Worth it! I would rather head over to the Cabana Latina in Southampton which The food is better quality at a reasonable price and quite delicious.

If you're looking for the over seasoned Americanized "Mexican" food, this isn't the place. This is kind of close to authentic restaurant. The place looks like it needs a little TLC.

Don't let this little place deceive you. Authentic and delicious! The tacos are light and fresh and the quesadillas are perfect! I recommend their green sauce!

There is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I got my order to go, as I didn't think i would be able to finish it. It arrived well packaged, in a container covered with plastic wrap. Alas, the fajitas were disappointing. Not very much meat, all of it dark meat (not my favorite), and one piece had gristle. Another two were tough. The rice was very good. One piece of tomato, possibly more, had not been cored. Ugh. But they came with a nice piece of avocado and a chunk of cheese. The peppers were good, but there weren't a lot of peppers and onions. Admittedly, Los Dos Potrillos (in Colorado) sets a VERY high standard. These fajitas were not even close. I won't order the fajitas again. Probably best to get tacos next time. Or anything BUT chicken fajitas. I do wonder if all their chicken is dark meat, like thighs. I just don't like it. I like chicken breast. Especially in fajitas. The agua fresca was delicious, but very very sweet. I got a bottle of water to cut the excessive sweetness. Needs lemon or lime juice too. This is a very bright, cheerful, fun place. They have produce and groceries! It's small, but there are several tables, and it's very clean. I will definitely be back, for tacos! Three stars for the fajitas. Four for overall experience and great service.

The indoor space is small, but the rustic trendy Southern vibe gives it a cozy atmosphere that feels very family run and welcoming. It's located right next to the train line, which adds to the small town café feel. The food was definitely worth the wait overall. I had the Remsenburg burger with all the fixings and it was delicious. The homemade burger bun really stood out. We also tried the homemade biscuit with jam, which was excellent. My partner ordered the pancakes and breakfast platter. The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The only downside food wise was that the ham was a bit too salty. Service was attentive and polite throughout our visit. There was a moment walking in where I felt stared at a bit, but the staff maintained a friendly attitude otherwise. You can tell it's a younger crew helping run the place, and the family style atmosphere comes through. The only real cons were the long wait and the fact that a few menu items were unavailable by the time we ordered. Overall though, I'd definitely visit again.

We called to see if we needed a reservation, but no one answered, and the mailbox was full. So we drove over. There was a sign outside saying, "We're open!" On the back of that sign, it said "Now serving dinner Friday and Saturday 6-9 pm." The parking lot was EMPTY. On the door was a sign saying, "Sorry, we're closed." No Friday or Saturday night dinner hours were noted. I can't comment on the food or ambience, because we didn't get to experience either of these. I'm sure that everything would have been simply lovely, had they actually been open. We saw the menu, and were really looking forward to dinner. Our disappointment was vast. I don't know if we'll trust them to be open for dinner and return. They're usually only open for breakfast and lunch. I thought that I also had screenshots of Google/Yelp showing them as open for dinner, and the back of the sign. Can't find them.
