I honestly can't get over how great this food is. We had read good reviews, multiple good reviews, over the last year or so, but never got around to trying ourselves. Last Friday on a whim, we ordered steak quesadilla, chicken tacos, and shrimp tacos. Everything was seasoned, and cooked, to perfection. The gentleman preparing our food, who I assume is also the owner, was so nice and friendly, and the prices were beyond reasonable! Everything about the experience was so refreshing, and just an A+. We've been back 3 more times just in this 1 week since our initial visit, and it's been just as great as the first time, every time since, nothing else compares! Strongly suggest trying if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed. The combination of amazing food, amazing customer service, and amazing prices, can't be beat. This place deserves all the stars. I cannot believe I've never noticed a whole food truck standing in the parking lot. It is located a little past maiwand kabab towards the left side (across from safeway parking lot- see picture). I got the shrimp tacos and I got 4 tacos for a good price. Tacos are $10 here but $2 extra if you get shrimp. The guy does not skimp on portions- you get loaded tacos for a good price and the box was piping hot when I got it. The shrimp was super flavorful and even more tasty with a bit of lemon. The sauces that came with it were also great to dip into and you can tell that they are freshly made! They accept card or cash and the guy took all precautions for cleanliness which I loved! (He was wearing a mask and didn't touch the cash I handed- he grabbed it with a napkin) Give this place a try, I'll be back to try more things! read more

Wow! That's all I have to say. Just kidding... I have a lot to say! I had the ultimate taco craving but wanted to try an authentic place. I googled and searched for food trucks & kept coming up short but mostly because I wanted shrimp tacos. All of my searches kept giving me chain places that I did not want to try. Finally, I found this food truck. I will say it's a little hard to find so I called the owner and he gave me pretty good directions. It's in the parking lot of a shopping center right next to Bank of America. You can also look for the clothing donation boxes and the food truck is parked near there. The food is AMAZING!!! Super delicious & did I mention the price? You really get a bang for your buck at this food truck. The service is GREAT! The server was super nice and allowed me to make requests and be picky about how I like my taco. Our food took about 10-15 minutes to prepare. I noticed some people called ahead and just picked up their order which is great for those who are in a rush. Parking is perfect, the truck is in a private parking lot so you have ample parking and shade if you want to stand outside and wait. The truck even plays nice music! I highly recommend this truck if you're looking for a good taco. My boyfriend tried the quesadilla and he is also raving about how delicious it was. There is a green sauce that they pair with the tacos & let me just tell you... that sauce is everything! Try this spot out when ever you're in the neighborhood. Randomly drove by this place looking for a late breakfast in Columbia. Awesome marinated pork quesadilla with a really good greenish/brown salsa that was hot but not too hot. Generous portion for 10 bucks. He was parked near the Harper's Choice Safeway--not sure if that's the usual spot. I'd eat here again in a heartbeat. Went back again, tacos are great too. 4 for 10 dollars with a hotter sauce than the one with the quesadilla. I confirmed with the owner that they are in the same spot M-F. read more

The tortilla was crisped, steak was juicy and flavorful, onions added a nice hint of sweetness, cheese was uniformly melty, man what a great quesadilla. Yes, it's a food truck, but a food truck that is better than any restaurant you have ever been in. I had the chicken and cheese quesadillas last evening for dinner. They were very tasty, with large chunks of white meat chicken. The sauce was super tasty. You get a lot of food for the money.
