The watermelon margarita (sorry I can't remember the name for it) is the best margarita I've had. The mango margarita was great too if you like a smoky flavor. Brenda took great care of us and gave great recommendation. the shrimp ceviche, tortilla soup, fajitas and kids chicken quesadillas were phenomena. one honorable mention is the ceviche was hands down the best I've had and I've had a lot of it. the guacamole was fantastic as well. for desert we got the chocolate cake and tres leches. Needless to say we were stuffed. we already have a date planned for here when we come in September from Texas.

The flavor profiles for the food are amazing! Everything was super fresh. Service was Exceptional. Lucas our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and made awesome recommendations based on what everyone wanted. I had the mojo shrimp. It was phenomenal. The chips and salsa are homemade. The teens had the cali bowl with chicken. You can taste all of the spices and flavor in the food without it being overpowering. We come to Orlando often and this has now been added to the list of must-haves by our family. You will NOT regret giving it a try.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience here! I came here because it was about a 5 minute walk from…read morethe Doctor Phillips Center for Performing Arts, and I was very impressed. When I sat down, I ordered the frozen Margarita flight, which came with a watermelon, mango, and strawberry Margarita. All of them were pretty good, but by far the mango was my favorite. It tasted just like you were drinking mango nectar. For my entrée, I ordered the Carne Asada tacos. They had such a great taste, and the portion size was quite generous. I ordered it with rice and beans, and it all left me feeling quite full. The atmosphere is also quite nice. With it being in the heart of downtown orlando, I thought it might be loud and busy in there, but it was actually quite quiet and relaxing. The service was also very quick and prompt to get all of our food. Our waitress made sure to check in with us throughout service to see what we needed!

I was really looking forward to trying Solita because I had looked over the menu multiple times…read morebefore visiting, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the restaurant was practically empty, there was no hostess, and we had to wait to be acknowledged. Our server (a Hispanic woman with heavy goth-style makeup--I didn't catch her name) was polite enough, but there were several missed opportunities to improve the experience. The biggest issue was that they were out of multiple menu items we specifically came to try. We had also planned on ordering the duck-themed cocktail that was pictured online, only to be told, "We don't do that anymore." If that's the case, the menu and promotional photos should really be updated. Food: * Chicken Nachos - 3/10: Mostly burnt chips with hard, unmelted cheese. There was barely any chicken, and they lacked flavor. * Watermelon Margarita - 0/10: It was extremely sour. I sent it back and ordered a frozen margarita instead. * Frozen Margarita - Average at best. What was frustrating is that happy hour started about seven minutes later, and our server never mentioned that nearly everything we ordered would have been half-price. A heads-up would have been appreciated. * Street Corn - 6/10: The tableside presentation of cutting it off the cob was nice, but that's really what you're paying for. It could have used much more seasoning, and only two small pieces of corn were served. * Shrimp Tacos - 2/10 * Fish Tacos - 2/10: Both were soggy and lacked flavor. * Spanish Rice - 1/10: Bland and disappointing. Overall, the food was underwhelming, several advertised menu items and drinks weren't available, and the service missed opportunities to enhance the experience. For the prices, I expected much better quality, better communication about happy hour, and a menu that matched what was actually being offered. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.

All made with love and you can seriously tell how much pride this business takes in each and every dish they put out. My husband and I got the skinny margaritas, had a few shots, and the best food. I could drown myself in their refried beans. Shout out to Jesus who has always taken such great care of us every time we've visited since they've opened. This place is so laid back, a great place to come to yap with friends. I love Adelitas so much and cannot wait to see where their next location takes them.

The fajitas came out without the sizzle of the skillet (disappointing but not a deal breaker) and the chipotle chicken was overly salty. I would have gladly let my server know the food was too salty, but unfortunately they nearly completley absent our entire dining experience. We love the table salsa and could not find them in the restaurant to ask for more until our food was delivered. But after that, we never saw them again. It wasn't until the bartender noticed us looking, that we were able to ask for our check. There was maybe 4 tables in the restaurant during this time and 0 staff presence.
