Couldn't wait to get home to write about this place! We come here a lot for the tostadas! I could eat 12 but I shouldn't. These are the best tostadas I have had anywhere near here. My wife and I always get the chorizo. Just amazing, slightly spicy but the salsa bar helps me kick it up a notch. Cilantro on mine. Sheer authentic perfection! I also tried the chicharron tostada. You don't find these in many places but if you have never had what is basically boiled pork skin, you need to try these. There are plenty of meat options to choose from. We went back for the fish and shrimp taco combo. 1 of each, and incredibly fresh with a crisp cabbage and carrot slaw. There are so many other things here to try and I am convinced that everything has got to be incredible! Come HUNGRY! The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and quick and the prices are very reasonable. Hole in the wall vibe but 100% legit! I absolutely love this place! Get at these tostadas!

Thank you! We recently moved to the area and we were worried we would lose any legit Mexican places but we found this restaurant! We got there around 11:30 and by 12 the line was out the door! They gave us free street corn that they were grilling outside and I was so happy! It was so good. They have a sauce counter where you can get your own salsas, hot sauce, pickled jalapeños and limes. My taco was *chefs kiss* My husband got a burrito and said he could eat it every week. For sure will be a staple in our household!

I'm a fan and they are so close to our home. The food is amazing with a quick turn around. I cannot overstate how amazingly scrumptious the California Burrito is. It is everything delicious and lovely rolled up all together. The fish and shrimp are friend crispy and pairs well with the hand-made tortilla. Seating is limited during the lunch hour but they move quickly. The prices are also very reasonable. This is our new fave neighborhood taqueria.

The food here is UNREAL. So fresh and fast, and overall delicious. Hostess taking our order was so sweet and helpful, and gave us great suggestions! Small place tucked in, definitely a hole in the wall, but so so so soooo worth it. Salsa bar also made a huge difference, as well as their Aguas Frescas! We will absolutely be

The chips are crispy and the salsa tasty, not hot and spicy. Husband ordered a shrimp taco salad. "These are tiny shrimp!" I had a trip of tostadas. One chicken, beef and pork. Each one was so tasty and flavorful! We found Zama on Yelp. We traveling from Florida to home. It was our first visit, which Dylan asked about. Had a #6 (taco and enchilada). The taco came in a separate dish (okay) but fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I've eaten Mexican food for 50 years and this was the worst I've ever had (not kidding). The enchilada was cheese and there was plenty but it was about as dry as it could be. A little sauce would have definitely helped. The server was very attentive on the front end. When we were done, I had to flag the manager for our checks. He got right on it but 10 minutes later we were still sitting there, waiting to pay. I had to flag the manager down again. This was unacceptable. Even with 3 stars, I would never eat here again.

The cooks are doing their thing with authenticity--tasting and tweaking their creations as they go. The soups are chock-full of solids. And they have handmade specials made fresh. Julia's Taqueria is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it gets. The menu offers a wide variety of tacos, and each one is a masterpiece. I tried the carne asada, al pastor, and fish tacos, and they were all bursting with flavor. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, while the toppings and sauces added just the right amount of zest and freshness. I ordered the chiles rellenos (stuffed peppers)with chicken. The chicken was missing, the peppers were tasteless and contained little to no cheese, and the rice and beans tasted expired. The tortillas were rock hard and tasted like wax. The employee also overcharged us... The meal was $14 and we ordered 2 $4 drinks. She rang that up as $28, and wouldn't give an itemized receipt. So many amazing Mexican restaurants in the area and this is not the one I'd recommend.
