Dan came to our house, inspected, and gave us a complete explanation of what we did and did not need. He provided two sets of estimates based on options we requested. Both were reasonable for the value offered. We made our down payment and, after the next monsoon rain, a small leak appeared in the tile area of our roof. Since our scheduled work was still a few weeks away, Dan had a team member come out and patch it up. Work started at the scheduled time, and the team was efficient and clean. The only issue was a delay in skylight delivery from the manufacturer. SARA came out a day after the skylights were received to install them. The roofing materials are quality and look great, and the new skylights are tons better than the original 1980s versions. We are glad we chose Southern Arizona Roof Associates.
