The owner of reputable painting and stucco repair co.came to look, and said the roof coating work performed by Canyon was very poor, one of the worst he'd seen, bubbling already in less than a year. I hired the expert owner Mark McEnery of The Providence Group to fully evaluate and propose to fix the roof including stucco to stop the leak. He said all the new skylights Canyon were improperly installed and voided the warranty on those, and that the roof was not professionally done with very poor installation of coating and silicone used on skylights. Dan came to our house, inspected, and gave us a complete explanation of what we did and did not need. He provided two sets of estimates based on options we requested. Both were reasonable for the value offered. We made our down payment and, after the next monsoon rain, a small leak appeared in the tile area of our roof. Since our scheduled work was still a few weeks away, Dan had a team member come out and patch it up. Work started at the scheduled time, and the team was efficient and clean. The only issue was a delay in skylight delivery from the manufacturer. SARA came out a day after the skylights were received to install them.
