I explained to him that I needed a slope in my backyard to be covered and he recommended that I go with the shotcrete technique. He was very courteous and responsive to all of my question and requirements. I then met with Vince the Estimator and he was able to provide me with a number of options to suit my needs and budget. The day before the work was to start I was introduced to Jimmy and Tony and they took the time to explain the whole process to me and even offered a suggestion that would more beneficial for my. Even though it cost additional money, I could tell that they weren't trying to sell me additional services, but really cared about the service they were providing and this modification would enhance the final product. They showed up the next morning right on time (at 5:30am on a Saturday). Jimmy and his crew were the consummate professionals throughout the project and every time I came out to take photos of the progress anyone I came across would ask if I was satisfied with the service so far.
