Need to know - Two permanent spots. One offers drinks, including wine, craft beer (rotating brewery of four taps), and other NA options. The current brewery is New Terrain. They will be changing this up periodically. The other is Simply Pizza, which offers wood fired pizza. Ask about their daily specialty pizza! They also sell soda. The other spots within the park are rotating! So, you could go everyday and enjoy different cuisine from many of the amazing food trucks in Denver!! Follow their Instagram (run.Westy.run) for the schedule of trucks. Good to know - parking is FREE in the RTD station! You can also bring your pup (we all know how much Coloradans love their doggies). You can also bring your own chair to ensure you have a seat. They do have picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs along with shade. There are portapotties with wash stations on site also. How does one even begin? I started by googling food trucks and catering and blasting everyone near me with emails. Mary was the first to respond, and she was faaaast. I told her our needs and budget and she was well within my parameters. I had a couple of other truck operators call while I was speaking with her, but between her friendliness and responsiveness - the fact that they had a vegetarian sandwich they could offer (beyond lettuce on a bun like most food trucks), and the reviews, I quickly decided to book them. My expectations weren't super high because I have been disappointed in the past, but they showed up on time, prepped, and were ready to rock at "go time." Their setup was fantastic. Service was organized and they were popping out meals left and right. Most importantly, though - the food was freaking fantastic! So good, in fact, that I want to find them in the wild so I can try their other menu items. ( our company footed the bill so we had limited options.). If you need a food truck for a party, company event, or gathering - do not hesitate to call them. If you see them set up somewhere, give them a try. You will NOT regret it.
