I noticed that the vents were extremely dusty so I had called a few places to get my vents cleaned. One of the first places I called ended up bailing on me (even though I booked a month in advance). Of course, they asked me if I want it to rebook, but I felt like since they canceled me at the last minute I needed to find another company to work with. Then I found this company, and I'm so glad I did! Jeremiah and Justin showed up right on time, prepared, offered me the same price they quote on the phone and just dialed right in to get rid of all the dust and yuckiness that was probably in my vents for years!! I noticed an immediate difference in the air after they were done cleaning my ducts. Also much praise goes to Jeremiah, who literally answers all of my calls and questions, even after he was done. I had a little bit of a AC issue after I met them, because my AC system is very old at the house. Since they also are very knowledgeable about AC they were going to come over on the weekend and help me fix my issue, I just really appreciated that. Because they really care, it makes a homeowner like me cherish this business so much more!!

I called to complain booked 2 appointments for them to repair and they never showed up. I have had to hire a repair person to fix their screwups I've noticed their MO is to deny they did work for that person complaining: don't believe it! I believe any good reviews are done by a fiend or family member and completely made up. Again AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST. They are disreputable and a scam

I chose to get a second opinion. The other company noted (see photos) that the area around the vent was still dirty, and at least one of the vents (which had recently been painted and had unbroken paint on the screws) looked like it hadn't been opened. When I brought this up to the company and requested a refund, I was told that I had paid for a basic cleaning, which covered the interior of the duct lines but didn't include vents and covers, and that those were covered under a deep cleaning service. I was not informed that there was a difference in cleaning types when setting up the service, and I noted that their website didn't specify this, either. Specifically, their website states, "Utilizing advanced equipment and industry-approved techniques, our skilled technicians meticulously clean all components of your duct system. This includes the supply and return ducts, registers, grills, diffusers, and associated parts." Their website also uses the phrase "beyond basic cleaning" to describe their sanitation and deodorization services--not their register/grille cleaning. After I pointed out via text that their website doesn't distinguish between basic and deep cleaning, I was ghosted. If you're going to pay for this, be aware of what you're getting.

Then, they rescheduled for Sun, 2-4. At 2:05 I called them to confirm apt, again being told they needed to reschedule, in the meantime thats 4 days of laundry being backed up! I complained to the owner how horrible their business practices were & I contacted AirDuctCleaning & was able to book an immediate appt. Ami, the technician was able to clean my dryer vent AND replace the aluminum tubing in a very short time! I WISH I'd have called them First! THIS is excellent customer service! And the cost was less than what I was expecting quoted for the initial visit from the other business! Very appreciative of the speedy quality service!

On 4.21.26 a coil failed on my 4 ton (est.) Goodman AC. Joe presented a tiered verbal quote for a coil replacement from his tablet. This ranged from $10K to $4K. The bill as provided was: HL5A - BAND-AID - Heat Transfer Media Coil System Rejuvenation. Job #201994583. Total cost: $4195. This came with a 30 day warranty. No part number referenced. On 8.10.26 the other AC unit stopped working. This is a 3.5 ton (est) Carrier unit Joe installed almost 10 years ago. This was job# 201994682. This was still under a full manufacturer parts warranty. Joe charged $129.95 for the visit and $600 to isolate the leak. Joe offered to waive these charges if I authorized the repair immediately. The verbal tiered quote was offered to us again this time starting at $11900 for the top tier repair with a bottom quote of $5500 (band aid). There was no reference that there would be no charge for the hardware and this was only for labor and refrigerant given the warranty. The quotes from top tier to bottom tier appeared to be out of line. Because I declined to agree immediately, the $729 charge was billed. I brought in an independent HVAC technician for an opinion. He confirmed the issue and charged $1550 for labor and refrigerant and replaced the coil. I've cancelled my warranty plan and will not use this company again.
