I came here with my father. Everything was very nice and the food was very delicious. Highly recommended if you're in Huntington Park.

I've seen this place on lists many times before so I was excited to finally check it out. We were…read morein the area so we popped in for a drink and small bite. When you walk in, there's a long bar along the side, plenty of bar seating and some half-booth seating on the other side. Big space inside but it also wasn't too busy when we came in, it started filling up though as the evening got later. I went with their pepperoncini martini and my bf got the pimms the word cocktail. Mine was so unique! I love a martini, and I love pepperoncinis and this was truly a marriage of both. I don't think I could have too many of these in a row bc the flavor is so strong but it's a beautiful cocktail to try out if you like those flavors. The Pimms the word was also good too, it's very ginger forward. We decided to order some food too. We got the single burger without the cheese and the barbecued chicken thighs. The burger looked quite small on the plate so it's definitely not a monstrous burger. It was good but weren't sure it was worth the high praise, but maybe it relies on the cheese since it's a pretty small burger? The chicken thighs were tasty and cooked well. I appreciate that the prices aren't skyrocket high here, especially for custom specialty cocktails. The prices are reasonable for what you get. And the bartenders all seem very experienced and they know what they're doing. I definitely look forward to coming back and trying more of their cocktails!

One of my absolute favorites on the menu is the potato taquitos, which of course I had to order. They never disappoint. I also tried the cauliflower for the first time and was pleasantly surprised... super flavorful and definitely something I'd order again. The biscuits with the sweet butter are ALWAYS a must for me, and my partner got the nachos which were also really good. Beyond the food, the atmosphere here is what keeps bringing me back. The staff is always amazing, welcoming, and very attentive. Every time I come, there always seems to be a fun private party or guest-hosted event happening, which adds such a nice energy to the space. Their outdoor patio is honestly one of my favorite parts... it's beautiful, fresh, spacious, and just such a perfect place to sit and relax, especially in the evening. Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA.

My partner and I were looking for a menu. I asked "do you have a specialty cocktails menu or a regular menu somewhere?" and she said a short no and said any regular bar drink will do. After she goes back on her phone to scroll, I turn my head and see a menu with some basic cocktails and their variations (which is what I initially asked about). Once my partner was ready to order palomas for us, we try getting her attention and kinda stared and waved hands, but she continued to scroll on her phone. It took her coworker to talk to her. THEN, she makes our palomas and stops to tell us her soda gun isn't working, so she couldn't top it off with soda. Fine cool, assuming she'll give us a small discount, but she charges us $24 for two palomas. So really we just paid for lemon tequila drinks that should've just been $16 for both. Palomas don't cost that much either. Should be just like $10, unless the Paloma is presentable then yeah $12 is fine. So, she ripped us off, didn't offer any accommodation for it, and was pretty distant and careless with her job. Anyway, don't come here if you care about customer service. Kinda strange here because this looks like a hot spot and charming, but they got the wrong people working here honestly. Something's up with management or a lack of boosting morale.

I…read morepersonally don't like hanging out so close to home, i like escaping the city and changing the air and atmosphere. I'm a beer guy so I most def found it funny that beer on Draft or bottle are the same price. That doesn't make sense, but whatever i just go with draft. The place is small and dimmy but does the job. Def bring a +1 to stay entertained. Goodluck chit chatting though, they always have the music on so LOUD. I really don't get the hype nor like places with excessively loud music. It's so loud that even the bartenders can't hear a word your saying. It gets annoying having to repeat yourself and yell back. The pool tables are what really draw me back. I'm always able to catch a game, however some ppl do hog them and/or chit-chat instead of playing. I do like that they have several security guards, that does make me feel safe! Thank you. For the most part, I havent had any issues there or have seen anything pop off. But as someone else mentioned, the local are pretty cocky and snobby so just try to mind your own. Parking isn't the biggest but we always seem to get a spot. I have yet to find another bar in the area that is worth going to. Im the type to make the drive, but they are worth it when you wanna keep it local and stay safe! Thanks! Cheers

It wasn't your typical corner haunt. There was an intentionality here that turned a simple evening out into a genuine education. The curation of spirits was nothing short of impressive, but what set the experience apart was the conversation. I arrived knowing the difference between a glass and a bottle, but left with a newfound appreciation for the nuances of rum, the craftsmanship behind a smooth whiskey, and the unexpected complexities hidden within a well-made vodka. Each pour came with a story, a history, and a level of expertise that transformed every sip into a lesson. The atmosphere was the perfect anchor for it all--utterly chill and devoid of the frantic, forced energy you find elsewhere. It was the kind of place where the music sits at just the right volume and the lighting invites you to actually linger. It was refreshing to find a spot that treats its craft with such respect while keeping the vibe completely grounded. I walked out feeling a little more cultured and a lot more relaxed. Consider this my official notice: I'll definitely be back.
