Came in for a drink and a appetizer. My bartender was cute and friendly. Ordered the spicy strawberry margarita and the shrimp cocktail. The drink was delicious and well made. The shrimp cocktail was decent, not bad but not amazing. They used tiny shrimp, the cup was filled with shrimp, they definitely did not skimp. Lots was TV's to watch your favorite sports. read more

First time coming here and I liked it. I got the ceviche and it was ok. My friend got the Mexico City tacos and those were SO good. I got the Messclaudita and it was delish and strong. My friend got two beers. The service was great , our server was Eve (Evelyn P.) and she was really nice. It was Sunday so it was got pretty busy with the football games. I enjoyed the ambience and am looking forward to coming back to try more food and definitely drink specials during the week. read more

Came to have lunch and a saw a roach on the floor. I stepped on it to kill it, told the waiter and manager. Waiter was nice about it, manager didn't seem to care, didn't talk to us or try to make us feel better about the situation. I didn't make a big scene or try to get my meal compd but at least clean it up right away. read more

This is definitely more of a bar than a place for food. It's good for watching a game and having a beer or cocktail, but not for eating late. We came after 9PM on Thursday , and unfortunately the wings and fries were nasty. I was really hungry, so I ate some of em anyway, but I wasn't happy about it. I also didn't want to be a party pooper and leave. Service was another issue--you basically have to chase your waiter, which was very annoying. Overall, it's a decent spot for games and drinks, just not my type of bar and not somewhere I'd go for food. read more

Have been coming here for a while now. The food remains pretty consistent but the service has gradually gotten worse. They ask for a credit card to put on file and then take forever to bring your food out. The servers always forget things or get your order wrong. Then when you ask for the check they just want you to charge the card on file. If you tell them "no" they take forever to get your bill and then hand it to you and wait for you to pay it right on the spot. After examining the bill I see they already charged 18% gratuity for a party of 3 or more. Service has just gone down hill. I come here a lot less often than I used to. Don't really recommend coming here to my friends anymore. read more

This place is cool for a quick game or fight. I do recommend this place for you to watch and event outside your house But I got over charged for a drink at the bar and they gave me attitude claiming I got it which I really didn't. I told them to check the cameras and I don't know if they did but I left because they ruined the night. Other than that it's a great sports bar to hit if you're looking for one. read more

I came here last night to watch the soccer game and the food and drinks and service were good, no complaints, but why are kids allowed inside?? This is clearly a barstyle environment where the servers wear lingerie. I saw babies and kids under 10 sitting there while the girls were going table to table dressed like that. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch. And security was there but not even patting people down. In a place like that? With alcohol and kids inside? That feels careless and unsafe. Kids should not be in that kind of setting. Management needs to figure out if this is an adult bar or a family restaurant because it makes no sense. read more

Service at he bar between 4:00 and 5:45 PM was horrible and manager, Luis was insulting. Never going back to this place. Erika was the worst waitress. She came in during shift change and only talked to 2 of her regulars for 1/2 and hour. Skyler my waitress the whole time was clocking out shlrtly. Just then Erika swooped and asked if i needed another drink to whick i replied no because i had closed out. She seeked revenged by not serving me another drink under a new tab(missing out on the tip). even thougj i bad already shown proof of the initial trasacion. she furiouriously rumaged through the trash to find a copy of what the initial receipt was. when i requested to ask the i itial waitress to vouche for me, she just replied shes gone home and your too drunk to serve(with a wink). spoke to the manager. his hands were tied as they protect the staff, which is inderstandable. I don't even know where to start. The management is literally the worst I've ever seen anywhere. No one knows what they're doing, everyone is rude, and no one cares about the customers AT ALL. I waited forever and when I finally talked to someone, they were just disrespectful and unhelpful. I don't understand how this place is even still open. Seriously, get it together. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon with a a few friends and were immediately greeted and seated by a very lovely hostess. Our waitress Donna was very social and attentative. We showed up friday night and our server was A-Z She was awesome. we wanted her again tonight which is Saturday night 12-13. We got Destiney. from the minute we got there Destiney treated us like we were a problem. we were treated as if we stopped her from going home early. I even tried to shake her hand later in the night and ask if i offended her in anyway. I tried being nice and civil cause I know this line of work can be stressful for them and was still treated like i wasn't welcomed. Friday night was GREAT. My friend and I showed up SATURDAY night and got treated like trash. We were watching closely and she was chilling and talking with some tatted up cholo for 25 mins before she came back to our table. It took 30min to figure out that my order had already been done and given to someone else because there was no communication between the kitchen, order staff or pick up staff. no apology, just got my food after the argument 3minutes later...Food was average, definitely not worth a 30min wait.

When I asked for ice, I was told the bartender had "burned the ice" and that there was no ice available. I even pointed out chilled glasses visible behind the bar, but no effort was made to accommodate the request. Moments later, another employee noticed the situation and took the initiative to help, immediately scooping ice from behind the same bar where I was standing. The ice was clearly available all along, and I appreciated that staff member's willingness to resolve such a simple request. What was most frustrating wasn't the water itself--it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. This was not a complicated cocktail order or a special request. It was simply a request for a cold glass of water. When I expressed my frustration, the bartender brought over the manager, DJ, who immediately defended the employee and told me I could not speak to staff that way. Rather than addressing the issue or acknowledging the misunderstanding, I was asked to leave the restaurant. Being removed over a request for ice water, when ice was readily available and the restaurant was not even fully shut down for the night, was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Customers should not be treated poorly for making a simple request, and managers should hold employees accountable rather than excuse dismissive behavior. The most troubling part is that the entire situation could have been avoided in seconds. The ice was there the entire time--literally right behind the bar from where I was standing. Another employee had no difficulty accessing it and serving it immediately. Being told there was no ice when it was readily available, then being asked to leave for questioning that response, reflects a disappointing level of customer service and management judgment. The issue was never the ice water itself. It was the refusal to provide a basic courtesy, the misleading explanation, and the way the situation was handled from start to finish. I would also have expected the manager to apologize for the misunderstanding rather than immediately take a defensive position. A simple acknowledgment of the situation could have resolved the matter and left a much better impression. I am very disappointed by this mistreatment and being a local is even more disappointing. My first time here since it's been Tom's and maybe the only time if this is how they treat their guests.

When you choose seats further back, you can capture the screen experience better on your phone. My spouse and I had two varieties of sliders (chicken and seafood). Both were excellent with a good balance of fixings and condiments. They fries are of the "skinny" style and very tasty. The Ambiance: Hang on! This place was rocking after the USA WC victory. The music was LOUD. R-tistic, the DJ, was smooth and kept the party fun. The feel of the place was definitely "thrown together," but who cares when there's a party going on.

They included plenty of napkins and utensils for everyone, and the containers were sturdy, practical, and made it easy to store leftovers in the office refrigerator. Made setup and clean up a breeze for us. We ordered several other items that everyone enjoyed, but those were the standouts. We love eating there and this was our first time getting delivery.
