I was shocked to find that a couple of the spring shackles were worn to the point of imminent failure (five year old trailer). There's no way we would have made it back home without an immediate repair. We made contact with a trailer outfit in New Braunfels - the owner took a look at our issue and thought he could fix it. He said to bring it in the next morning. When we showed up, the owner wasn't there. We waited for about 45 minutes - when he did finally arrive, his story changed completely - he said he couldn't help us, and that "we'd be fine to make it home." Desperate, we made about 10 phone calls before we happened onto Brian at Specialty. We brought the trailer by, and he said he could probably deal with it the following morning "if his guys showed up." Sure enough, I called him first thing, and he said to bring it by. Backed it right into his shop, and an hour and a half later, all of the spring shackles were replaced and we were ready to roll. Gave us great peace of mind for the rest of the trip. It's really hard to find vendors like this nowadays. No one else could or would help us. His guys did a great job, and the price was amazingly reasonable, considering it was somewhat of an emergency. Also people who are buying trailers online from them are never receiving the trailer or any paperwork you're getting 100% scammed . You will have to call the DMV and file a complaint and a police report. The DMV gave me a letter so that I can get my registration and title free of charge. James and his family are scammers. Check out Google reviews for reference. I hope the DMV makes them pay and puts them all in jail all of them the son rio the mom Maria the grandma and James.

After I paid for my trailer, he let me use another trailer on the lot which was similar to the one I ordered, until mine came in. I thought that was pretty cool.
