The staff makes the entire experience feel so warm and welcoming that you genuinely don't want the night to end. Huge shoutout to the chef because every single dish was executed flawlessly. You can tell that every detail on each plate was intentional and thoughtfully done. The standout dishes for me were the elote ribs, which were unreal, the grilled octopus cooked perfectly tender, and the ceviche con leche de tigre, which was bright, fresh, and packed with flavor. But the real star of the night was the whole branzino absolutely phenomenal. And for dessert? Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the options. We ordered one of each for the table and genuinely could not pick a favorite because every single one was that good. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we had in Puerto Rico.

Honestly everything was so good we left stuffed! The service was amazing even after the crowds started arriving and it got busier. Our server Gaby was great! Because it's up in the mountains, parking is limited and once it starts getting crowded it can be hard to find parking and seating in the restaurant. I recommend getting there no later than 1pm or 2pm right when they open. Trust by 3:30 it's already super packed. The mountain views and crisp air was so amazing and a refreshing change of scenery from the beaches and city life of San Juan. If you have some free time, I'd def recommend adding to your itinerary.
