Chad's estimate listed every tree we had, the type of pruning that was needed on each, IF ANY, and the cost for each. He reviewed it with us and updated the list of recommendations to indicate ones we wanted to hold for a later date. The crew arrived, including the owner, and they did the work. Great results. They did a great job on cleanup, picking up limbs as they went and feeding them into their wood chipper. They also raked up smaller debris. He walked me through every cut he thought we needed as well as gave me general knowledge/tips for keeping our trees healthy. He spent the entire day, and only charged us $550. The tree looks great, he did exactly what we needed done to keep a main branch from the solar panels and removed all the dead wood. We're in a townhome, and he couldn't get his truck around to our back yard--so he wound up hand carrying all the branches out, and the cleanup was awesome. Absolutely outstanding work and service from Chad and team. We bought our house just over 2 years ago and have 2 giant cottonwood trees which give us great shade and look really nice. The downside of them is that with the wind lately they created a bit of a safety hazard for us. After some huge branches tore off in our yard we decided to reach out to a professional and didn't know what we might be getting into as far as scope of project and price. We asked for multiple quotes on Yelp and Chad was by far the most responsive. He showed up within a day to give us quote which was more competitive than all other than we received. The team showed up on time and despite dealing with 100 foot tall trees they made the work look safe and were able to take care of all the dangerous branches while grooming any risky ones as well. I also asked Chad to complete a smaller tree project which my wife was trying to make me do and he was able to add and take care of same day, no problem at all. Chad was very prompt in coming by and providing an estimate, and on the day work was scheduled, they came by and knocked out the work in no time, cutting down dead branches on a honey locust tree and a willow tree. I saw Chad and his co-worker trimming a bush at my next door neighbors house. After they finished there, I asked them if they could cut down and remove a 20' dead Cherry tree from my front yard. They said "Sure", charged me $450 and left me a stump in my front yard. Then before he left Chad said he had a "friend of his" that I could call and pay him to remove the uneven stump that he left.
