Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. TruGreen was supposed to perform a soil test before the service technician arrived to determine what my lawn needed. This did not happen. When I called customer support to express my frustration about the technician arriving only to apply fertilizer without a soil test, I was assured that the test would be completed. Mike did return my call regarding my complaint, but he falsely claimed that the soil test had been done and that I must have missed the email. This was not true, as I have cameras around my property that could prove otherwise. Mike ended the conversation by saying he would look for the email and resend it to me, or if he couldn't find it, he would come and perform the test again. However, he never showed up. After not hearing from anyone for three weeks, I received a message saying that my next service would be on August 7. This was not the soil test I was supposed to have but rather another technician likely coming to apply more fertilizer. I contacted their cancellation line to terminate the service. The representative I spoke to pleaded with me not to cancel and promised that the issues would be resolved, even offering a discount. I explained that a discount wouldn't matter if no one showed up to do the work. I shouldn't have to beg for the service I'm paying for. Overall, I regret using this company. I manage my own lawn but wanted to use these "experts" to improve it, only to be left deeply disappointed.

Also, pricing was fair and reasonable. From receiving my quote, Isaias and his team of family were able to do the landscape 3 weeks after the initial consultation, and finished in two days! They were impressive, quick but efficient, and cleaned after themselves. I had my front yard, side yard and backyard done. I asked them to add concrete steps for my front yard and also a bit more concrete to expand the parking space. They were also able to save me money by using some of the hollow blocks and bricks that I already had just laying around to use as a divider for my planters. My front yard and side yard was overgrown with weed and variety of plants that have grown wild also plants from previous owner that weren't really to my liking. They helped me plant over 20 new plants along with lavenders, santolina, society garlic and rosemary. The steps for my side yard that Isaias picked was so beautiful! It was perfect! They also replaced the mulch with gravel as I had wanted a more of a cleaner and minimal look as well as low maintenance.
