Despite repeated complaints and assurances that the issue was being addressed, meaningful action has been delayed and communication has been disappointing. What concerns me most is not just the infestation itself, but the lack of urgency shown in resolving it. As a resident who has always paid rent on time and intended to stay long-term, I never expected to be left dealing with these conditions largely on my own. I have documented photos, videos, and communications regarding the situation and will be sharing them so others can make an informed decision. My experience with management, including Karen, has left me feeling unheard, frustrated, and completely disappointed. Renters deserve clean, safe, and professionally managed housing. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

They say they changed landscaping companies, and it's a miscommunication. A 5-month miscommunication seems unlikely to me. They have towed my car twice out of this complex instead of talking to me first I have a child with a disability and it's very hard for me to walk a mile to my unit every single day when I called the front desk to confront them I was met with complete rudeness by everyone that works there except for Shayla. The manager was so rude to me about this parking situation telling me that she weighs 90 pounds and has five children and to essentially get over it and get crafty with walking a mile to ur door. The woman does not know about my children's disability and could keep her comments to herself. This is not how you treat your residents who have to live here. I also have neighbors here who harassed me and who watch me park in a handicap spot/ park by the garbage while I unload my groceries and get kids situated sometimes it takes 45mins- hr. Well yesterday some body called the tow truck on me for parking "illegally" I was only there for an hour. The area seems clean and safe and I have not had any unpleasant experiences. The pool is heated in the winter and the location is very convenient. It is not the cheapest apartment in the area, but it is by far the nicest. I especially like having a private backyard and the tall ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness. Good insulation mean I don't hear my neighbor or spend much on heating during the winter. I also appreciate the maintenance people who are pleasant and efficient.

Their last comment makes it seem like they care about their disrespect towards their tenants when in reality you pay about 2000 a month and when I called them to discuss their egregious error they basically told me it was already done and offered no solution or attempt to make up for their horrible service. I wanted to highlight this so there's no confusion when reading the comments and ratings concerning the service. So you need to add another $500 on to your rent to have an accurate cost. The front office girl Marisol is not helpful and clueless and loves her long lunch breaks. Management is never there is help or return calls. The security gate breaks often and last time took 3 months to repair. The only positive is the maintenance man is friendly and will wave hi to you.
