Such a great massage for my first time here. I called to make an appt and was able to make one for the same day. The 60 min foot reflexology for $60 was very worth it. My masseuse applied perfect pressure and hit all the right spots. Not only was it a foot massage, she also did my head and top half of my body. The chair was comfortable. I'm writing this so other customers can be aware and hopefully avoid the same situation we experienced. I booked a Couples Romantic Signature massage in advance for Valentine's Day morning and received a confirmation email with the time, total, booking reference, and location. We showed up at our scheduled time, only to be told that our appointment was not showing in their system and that their next available opening wasn't until 2:00 PM. This was a Valentine's gift. Being told upon arrival that they couldn't honor a confirmed booking was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I understand that technical errors can happen, but when a customer has a confirmed booking with a reference number, there should be better coordination between their booking platform and the spa. At the very least, there should be an effort to accommodate the client or offer a meaningful solution. If you are booking for a special occasion, I would strongly recommend calling ahead to verbally confirm your appointment to avoid this kind of situation. It's a clean place. I took my mom here for a massage and she really loved it. I also really liked the relaxing experience. For the massage, they really honor the time. Most places I've been to kind of cut the time short a little. This was one of the best massage places I've been to where it felt safe. My feet did end up being very sticky from the sugar scrub at the end though. Hope next time, she can better rinse or clean. My mom also felt very good about her massage and that says a lot because she complains about most places. The front desk could do a better job though. She wasn't the most friendly at the end. While paying, I wish she could have asked if I wanted to buy a package instead of waiting for me to pay and then we buy a package later. Better service would have been to ask if it was my first time here and if I wanted to check out the other packages for next time or how was my visit. Hope she gets better. The star loss mostly came from my interactions with her. There's a lot of special deals that you have to find out for yourself. I learned of the packages while waiting for my mom. Then I learned from another customer that there was a stamp card. When I asked the front desk for one too, she said she already gave me one. But she didn't, so she gave me one. There's also a $2 credit card fee that you're just expected to pay. She said my total then added $2, so I assume it was because of the credit card. She didn't say anything about it though. They also have a cash special Mon-Thursdays in the mornings. There is also an ATM machine in the store right by the front desk. The lobby was a little odd, there was a giant cardboard box right in the middle. I think they were in the middle of unpacking something and haven't broken down the box yet. My mom forgot her phone, but the front desk again was not very nice. My mom later did find her phone in the massage room, where she remembered she left it. The drinking water at the end was nice. I wish they automatically offer it to all guests though. read more

I found this place on Yelp, and the website linked there listed the price as $35, which is the only reason I chose to come. The massage itself was good, no complaints there. However, when I went to check out, I was told the price was $50. I showed the receptionist the website attached to Yelp, and she said they don't use that website anymore. If that's the case, it really shouldn't be linked on Yelp. I would not have come in had I known the price was $50. $50 for a 30-minute chair massage is very expensive, and the pricing felt misleading. I went to this spa for massage and facial services. on my previous massage session I had a very disappointing experience here and will not be returning. During my hot stones massage, the masseuse, Qiaoling Shan, dropped hot rocks on my head while I was face down on the table. While it was shocking and uncomfortable, I did have a small towel over my head so I wasn't injured and also figured- sometimes mistakes happen. I still left a $10 tip. the masseuse had been speaking decent conversational English until that point. Instead of even acknowledging me politely, she avoided eye contact, started speaking in her native language to the receptionist and appeared visibly upset about the amount. The attitude afterward made the experience even worse. Considering rocks were literally dropped on my head during the service, she was lucky to receive any tip at all. I also found it questionable that customers are encouraged to send tips through Venmo rather than through the business directly. It did not feel professional or transparent. I really love how my masseuse found my knots and worked on them. He had great technique to get rid of them! It was such a great and relaxing massage, I feel amazing after. I spent 2.5 hours here because I had been in a lot of pain and was visiting from out of town. Helen did very strong traditional Chinese deep tissue massage that was intense but very effective. She also asked if I was ok and responded well to feedback. I got a 90 minute deep tissue, added an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the massage because of how messed up all my muscles were, and did a 30 minute foot reflexology. I walked out of there feeling so much more like myself. I saw some reviews that online booking didn't work that great, so I opted to call to schedule and the appointment went very smoothly. The place is really clean and nice with friendly staff. I think the price was fair given the fact I got the massage in a private room and Helen worked so hard that when she asked me if I was ok I also asked her if she was ok haha. I came in for a 1 hour deep tissue/hot stone massage. There was no consultation. Didn't ask me where I would like to focus the massage. No awareness of tight muscles or knots. She just came in and got right to it. Rubbed my body with oil for an hour. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. The only decent part was that she rubbed my head which relieved the headache I got from just laying there face down. Two stars for a decent 2 minute head rub. I've been here twice before and received an amazing massage. I had a short membership under the previous owners. This review is to confirm it's literally hit or miss now that it's under new ownership. The new ownership "cancelled" my monthly membership and told me they are no longer honoring memberships. They continued to charge me $60/month for 5 months. I didn't notice because I was out of country and very busy. When I realized it, I went in and they did fix it but I had to go through the trouble of recouping the funds through my credit card company. So I gave them one more try last night and it was awful. I tried to request the therapist but they gave me their own pick. She asked if I wanted hard or medium pressure. I made sure to convey "hard". She asked if it was sufficient and I told her I could hardly feel it. The massage was a 3 out of 10. She was terrible and really has no business being a massage therapist. I wasn't going to even give a tip, but when I went to pay, I asked for change and they looked at me like I was cheap. I still gave her $10 anyway and they acted as if I was a cheapskate the way they looked at me. I will never go back here and for $70/hour, I recommend you don't either. read more
