My parents have had a master service agreement with sears as long as I can remember. Well since…read morethey have gone bankrupt and don't have any service people and don't answer their own calls you have to talk to someone in India with a fake name and no idea what their department or any other department does. My parents called to have their hot water tank repaired and the subcontractor that came out said he can't fix it , the hot water tank needs to be replaced. My mom received an email from Sears that said to go buy one local and have it delivered to their house, but to call sears back for the installation. So I took them to Home Depot to purchase the hot water tank and pay for delivery. (Which is another racket.) Yesterday my mom whom is elderly called sears and had he on the phone for 2 hours transferring her through their entire call center and no one would schedule the installation. Someone even said that she would have to find someone other than Sears to install it, but wouldn't send her anything in writing stating that they approved for a different company to install the hot water tank. She called me completely frustrated. So I made it my personal goal to get the installation. After the first round of transfers, I made my emotions felt by the next round of transfers. I spoke with a total of 15 people in an hour and finally just hung up the phone. I tried again today, and told them I am not making rounds around the call center today. What makes things worse is the guy I was talking to gave me the number that I called and he answered to get the installation scheduled. At that point I knew they were about B.S. again and no one was going to schedule the installation of the hot water tank. So I hung up the phone and reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau for taking advantage on my elderly parents. They paid over $800 last year for this service agreement and Sears doesn't fix anything or have a store to buy a replacement and at this point I would use my worst enemies money and give it to Sears. I won't buy Craftsman or Kenmore, they are under the Sears umbrella, so I already know what kind of service I would receive. Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!!!!!!!

The store is generally pretty clean and most of the staff are helpful. Only a few times have we experienced a negative interaction with staff - but only subtlety. Pricing is okay, but most of the time cheaper at Rural King. On a side note, Menards save 11% is getting old. Just let us do it online already. Or how about just reduce all your pricing 11% and call it a day?

They have an impressive variety as it is a truly massive store. They have a grocery section, cleaning section, batteries, and more in addition to the building and construction items you'd expect in a place like that. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable so great service. I found just what I was looking. The rebates also make is a stellar place to get a good value. Make sure you keep your receipt! Grab a rebate slip on your way out and mail it in to get some money back for a great value.

This is much better than any of the Columbus locations. I always find some good stuff and it never seems picked through. This location is the cleanest, friendliest and has the best selection hands down. There never seems to be a huge crowd when I'm there, and the lines are never long. I haven't been here on the weekends but I imagine it gets much busier. The staff always checks in to see if you're finding everything ok.

I literally, turned over and hey how ya doing like stopping staring and stop invading my space.... I get it MARION is full of drug abuse but not everyone is going to steal, if you alienate your customers, that's not a good thing. I can see watching from some space and not making it so noticeable like a creepy crawler. I know I won't be back to this one I think I will just go to Kroger's, everyone is nice. I also want to say this was the third issue with this store- one day they had no bread and TP stocked and the one time your proteins as marked down when I went up to the cashier she said it was my error. When I went back in, the technician stated they were on when he brought the vehicle into the bay. They weren't. After complaining, they finally got the store manager, who advised me that their policy is to call a customer if any dashboard lights are present prior to beginning any work. I received no call, which supports my assertion that they damaged my tire sensor when replacing my tire. I tried filing a claim with their 3rd party insurance company, but of course was denied. Avoid getting automotive work done at Walmart as they don't stand behind their work.
