When the gentleman heard it was my first visit he invited me to look around and left me alone to browse without being bothered. I'm impressed with the selection of things here, better in some departments than even what you will find at a big box store. The prices are competitive with ACE and so much worth not going near Gunbarrel! Checking out they offered me a glass of iced tea and bag of popcorn. Very impressed with the staff, the store, and the service. Highly recommended and definitely is one of my new go-to-first places.

Recently, I was in the appliance section and asked which dishwashers were available to take home that day. An employee pointed me toward several models, and I spotted a Bosch--one I've always wanted--on clearance. A gentleman and a lady both told me I could "probably" buy that one and went to check. A few minutes later, I was told no--they wouldn't sell the floor model, and it wasn't available to order online. I pulled up Lowe's own website right there, and sure enough, the exact same model was available for online purchase--it's even in my cart right now. I don't appreciate being lied to, and I especially don't appreciate being denied the chance to buy a clearance item that's clearly still here just because they don't want to go through the hassle of replacing the display.

I am currently on permanent hold from customer service because I made the mistake of telling the rep I was going to negatively rate the call. Now they're not going to even let me review their customer service because it was so bad. Will never buy an appliance or anything else here ever again.
