The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

When I called Hertless Brothers the lady said they were also very busy and I explained (as I had tried to do with all the others) that I didn't think it would be a big job as the roof was fairly new. She was actually willing to listen which I can't say for many of the others. I offered to send her pictures I had of where the leak was likely coming from. She said she would talk to the crew team and see if they could work something in. 30mins later she called and said they'd come by within 2 hours! I'm pretty sure they took time out of their lunch. They were able to fix the leak on their first trip out; apparently I had some tree branches fall and put some holes in the roof. Hertless Brothers was very professional, willing to communicate with me, and also does great work. They were willing to come out for a small job in a timely manner even though it wasn't a big money job. Well they definitely earned my business when I do need a full roof replacement!
