The loose oil filter cover was confirmed by an excellent Jaguar dealership in Sarasota Florida. When AC's Vice President was provided this detail he become confrontational and stated that there is no way his dealership could have contributed to the problem. I wasn't asking for anything other than sharing the story, which he had no interest in hearing.
