They quoted me one thing and charged me more plus a (hidden) "Port to Port" charge that was never mentioned. I understand with a mobile repair company parts and supplies are going to cost more, but a Port to Port charge? Isn't that what the SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS!

I took my Jeep to a large local dealership for a recall issue and oil change, however they forgot to change the oil. They also said the tires were cupped, which made for a loud noise above 40. I called LZT, they got me in the next day and they took care of the oil change and replaced the tires with new Goodyears. I didn't even care if their tires were more expensive than the dealer quoted, I wanted to give LZT my business. They did everything on the same day. The actual cost of the rear brakes replacement was $100 less than the initial estimate! The service was prompt and fairly priced. I will take my car in again in the future for this type of work. This shop appears very honest, fair and won't try to oversell work that you don't need done.
