He told me he would look at it if it wasn't complicated he could do it. He went out and looked under the hood of my car and told me that there were "clamps" he didn't want to break and it was too complicated he couldn't do it. I went home, pulled up a YouTube video and changed it myself in less than 5 minutes. There were no "clamps". Do yourself a favor and save $10 by getting your light at Walmart and do it yourself. I was willing to pay the extra money at O'Reilly's thinking I would have better service than Walmart. The employees at this O'Reilly's are rude and lazy.

The employee came out and did the battery test, and it turns out my battery was on its last leg. The employee helped me choose the right battery for my van and was able to install it. Took a little bit of work, but the job got done. I love that they can do that service right then and there. Much cheaper than going to my dealership and finding a time to get to the dealership since they were booked out until the following week. They provide other quick services, which is nice when you need a quick fix.
