Recently bought a vehicle from out of state and needed to get a front license plate bracket…read moreinstalled. Contacted the dealership and they wanted $50, so I decided to see if an independent shop near me would do it for less. I called Jose's since it's about 5 min from me and they said it wouldn't cost much since it was an easy job so I stopped by. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them. Reading other reviews it appears others have had the same experience! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle in for non warranty related work in the future. Thank you so much!

Great customer service and Kyle went above and beyond what any body would have to help us. Since I live 40 minutes from the shop he even met me half way on a weekend to sign over the insurance check and authorize the work to be completed. With my work schedule I would have had to take a half day to go there and get this done. The repairs done were thorough and timely. As I write this on Thanksgiving morning, I want him to know how thankful I am for him and his company for taking such great care of us!
