Complete negligence for people's very expensive RV's on their property. I have more cameras in/on my home which would detect anything. Your going to tell me the 24 saws alls going for hours didn't attract any attention? They told me to call my insurance company as they are not liable. They were in possession and had the keys. Oddly enough we didn't sign any paperwork when we dropped it off. May or may not have disclaimers. THEN they give us an estimate of about 5K to fix it including six hours of labor. They got us a non OEM catalytic converter. We took the RV out of the with it off and will have it fixed elsewhere. Not implying anything but 24 in one night in what is supposed to be a secure lot, then charging each owner Almost 5K to fix it? You can come to your own conclusions. They have been very helpful along the way and working around my schedule, to the point they've even come to my house to finish up a few things. I was a little leery of the fact they are a mobile unit - never know who's going to mess up your things and disappear - but I would 100% use them again if they're in my area.
