The attached pics are from the actual installation and of the brochure that the salesman gave me. Do you see anything missing? I call Teck about the fascia, which is the cover at the base of the unit, as shown in the brochure that was given to me during the sales call. When I was given the sales pitch, I wasn't told that this would be an extra charge... A day or so after the installation, I noticed that this was missing, so I texted the sales rep Arty, crickets. I then called the company and got the "supply chains / covid" excuse. Now if I want the "beauty cover" it will cost an additional ~200 bucks. I'm thinking when you spend 10k on a generator it should come with what's shown in the brochure, right? When I saw the picture of the car I bought, it had nice rims. And when I picked it up, the nice rims came with the car. It didn't have stock black steel rims. I'm still waiting for the sales guy to get back to me. I'll make an update if anything changes.

We had the outside garage light short on the sharp edge of conduit and burn because it wasn't on a junction box. This was an electrical fire that luckily didn't spread and burn down the house. We then started looking at other electrical device wiring and we found many other problems. Jeff and EPS went out of their way to get a crew to our house ASAP even when they had plenty of other work and a full schedule. They quickly got the worst of the issues fixed and just came for the final time to finish everything else. The work was completed cleanly and professionally with building codes and safety in mind. We limped it over there and Greg said he would get us in first thing in the morning. We spent the night in the parking lot and they got us in first thing. Found out we needed a fuel pump. Had to drop the fuel tank to access it. But they got us back on the road that day. Awesome service. I believe the service advisor name was Greg.
