The man who approached me, who I believe was the manager, told me that even service dogs weren't allowed inside. He wasn't respectful or willing to have a conversation, he simply pointed me toward the door and made it clear I needed to leave. What made the experience even more disappointing was that another customers walked out with me and shared their own negative experiences with the same manager. It's hard to understand how someone with such poor customer service is still representing the store. He's driving customers away, not bringing them in. I won't be returning after the way I was treated. (Manager was and older grouchy man)

I got a 3/2 fullsuit for like 50 bucks. I didn't even need another one at the time, but how you gonna say no to that? I also love buying booties here, if you come at a time when they have your size the deals are phenomenal, I usually pay $60+ for booties full price but they'll have them here for 15 bucks sometimes but they go fast. The staff here is also super helpful, if you're new to wetsuits and need help with wetsuit sizing or anywhere else they're always happy to help. The fitting rooms are large and spacious as well, which if you've ever tried on a wetsuit before you know that you want a lot of space to move around. Besides wetsuits and surf gear they have both men and women's apparel along with accessories such as watches, hats, bags, etc. The store is well maintained and well kept, and parking is easy right behind the store. The only downside is that their stock is always constantly changing, so you never really know if they'll have your size of what you want. I've found great deals on apparel and misc accessories, but other times I'll come by and there's no sales and the prices aren't too different from what you'd find at a regular non outlet store or they won't have my size in anything I want. If you're passing through the area, it's definitely worth it to stop by to see what they have. If they don't, come back another time because they'll probably have new inventory.

These shirts a without question the best tee shirts I've ever worn and give the fit I like. They do run large and make that very clear on many spots on the website to use the sizing charts and tell you how to use them, they have also been very responsive to any questions, if I needed to call. I will say if you're looking for lightweight poly blends these are not for you, but if you want the best 100% thick cotton, wide crew neck that holds its shape, these are the best I've ever found. As far as value vs quality I would give them an A+ because these shirts will last many years. Just take your time with the sizing or give them a call. I went from wearing an XL in Alstyle Classic with are no longer made to wearing a medium Classic Fit in the HeavyWeight collection. The Alstyle Classic was a good shirt but doesn't compare to these. Eddie took the time to help us find the perfect setup based on his size, ability, and where we'd be riding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and just an all-around great guy. We took the new board out the very same day, and my son was absolutely shredding on it. Seeing how much fun he had made the trip completely worth it. The shop has a huge inventory, prices were very fair, and it's obvious these guys actually live and breathe bodyboarding--not just sell equipment. If you're into bodyboarding, this should be your first stop. I also noticed a couple of negative reviews complaining that inexpensive boards folded and the shop wouldn't replace them. As someone who's been around surfing and bodyboarding for a long time, that's not really how this works. Bodyboards come in a wide range of constructions and price points, from beginner models to high-performance boards with stringers and premium materials. The cheaper boards simply aren't designed to perform or last like higher-end models. That's a product choice, not a shop issue. No one expects a surf shop to replace a surfboard that gets broken in the waves, and bodyboards are no different. I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses, especially ones run by people who genuinely know their craft. 662 has earned a customer for life. We'll definitely be back.
