Preordered a Henley t-shirt, along with two other t-shirts on 10/27/25. Long story short, they were Christmas presents and they won't arrive for Christmas. Even when I contacted them, letting them know they were Christmas presents, they shipped the t-shirts USPS ground on 12/16/25. They are heavy t-shirts, but they are over-priced and I won't bother shopping there again (I wanted to support mom and pop shops, but with "service" like that, almost two months to deliver, I'll skip them in the future. read more

I've ordered around 20 of these shirts in about 6-7 orders over the last year and never had a problem with the order or the time, usually 3-5 days, but I do only live on state away. These shirts a without question the best tee shirts I've ever worn and give the fit I like. They do run large and make that very clear on many spots on the website to use the sizing charts and tell you how to use them, they have also been very responsive to any questions, if I needed to call. I will say if you're looking for lightweight poly blends these are not for you, but if you want the best 100% thick cotton, wide crew neck that holds its shape, these are the best I've ever found. As far as value vs quality I would give them an A+ because these shirts will last many years. Just take your time with the sizing or give them a call. I went from wearing an XL in Alstyle Classic with are no longer made to wearing a medium Classic Fit in the HeavyWeight collection. The Alstyle Classic was a good shirt but doesn't compare to these. I've been buying their apparel for years. I love how durable it is I love the heavy cotton. I love the designs and I love the fit.

I was so excited when I found this company! They had good ratings and the shirts looked nice. I ordered 2 large shirts as a trial run but when they came they were much too big for me. They were the equivalent of an XL or maybe even a XXL for most brands. I wanted to exchange them for Mediums. I looked on the website and saw they don't help with return shipping which is a bit of a bummer but fine they are a small company! I packaged them up, wrote a handwritten note (like they ask you to on the website) and returned them the next day. A few weeks later I get a partial refund from them. I wasn't expecting them to refund me the shipping but I was very confused I didn't get a full refund for the two shirts and I didn't get a message or note or anything. I contacted their customer service and was told since one of the shirts was opened they were docking me a cleaning fee. I was pretty upset to hear this. How could I know it wasn't the right size without opening one and trying it on? It's not like both were opened and it's not like I returned it dirty or worn or anything like that. It's also peculiar because I would assume they would wash 100% of returned items before sending them out to another customer. I was annoyed at the whole process but mostly the customer service agent was entirely unsympathetic and the whole thing just left a bad feeling. Will not shop here again. It's too bad because the shirt quality seemed really good! Just hope you never have to deal with their returns or customer service! read more

The shirts are certainly heavyweight cotton, no doubt about it. But the material is EXTREMELY rough and does not improve with washing. In fact, it gets even rougher after washing. Their return policy is awful. If you don't like the shirts, they will only take them back if they were not on sale (and they are very expensive even on sale) and if you have not washed them. You pay return shipping costs. There are plenty of high quality t-shirts you can buy from companies that actually care and stand behind their products. We are throwing all the shirts we bought from these people in the garbage - they are that bad. read more

I have now ordered three times from these guys. Quality is the best I have ever seen and they wear like iron. I had a question about ordering an extra long shirt that I did not see on the site. Within what seemed like minutes I received an email confirming that they had the shirt I was looking for and it was on the website so that I could order it. My husband received his first Heavyweight T-Shirt as a gift 5 years ago and has been wearing them since. Excellent quality, 100 % cotton for cool comfort and are amazingly durable! The coral is a favorite color but he has at least a dozen because they are just GREAT Shirts! read more

What good fortune in finding a source for "real" heavyweight t-shirts. These shirts are top quality, rugged, roomy and look great. Here's a tip ... when you wash them, use white vinegar in your rinse cycle. It helps to hold the color. Their store is close to home so I hope to pay them a visit soon. read more

I go to the retail location and spend a few bucks there once a month. Great people and terrific shirts. Wish there were more graphics relating to those of us who love the water but don't surf however. A half dozen designs would be nice. The new SALTWATER graphic was a easy buy but again, there was the surfer. Love surfers but don't want to look like a poser... Great shop! read more

A friend referred me to Heavyweight T-Shirts so I drove over to their retail location today for a look. I'm 6'6" with very long arms so I usually have to drive a long way to buy shirts from a tall man shop or order them on line and the shirts eventually tend to stretch especially around the neck. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and heavy material of these shirts so I purchased a short and long sleeve shirt, They fit perfectly plus they look great. Best T-shirts ever. Been buying them for years. Love the classic fit. And the wrap around designs are unique. Would like more non-surfing designs. Love the ocean and waterfront scenes but not a surfer. Feel like a "poser". How about a desert design with mountains, cactus, and sunset? Or mountains and trees? Cyclists riding?
