I'm not sure they want my review, however! I called them to ask about my XboxOne, they said they don't do XBox however they would look at. It had chronic overheating issues and died within a very loud fan wined up (so before the load screen for fans). It got so bad I was going to buy a new one. I called Electric Sheep (ESC.. heheheh) and HOLY COW! They just took my box for about the 10 minutes. Boom. Now I have my whole gaming and hub for my media center back. They didnt let me inside the store (kinda weird) but they where SUPER friendly outside. They also cleaned and put my machine into an operation again cheap! They didn't break open the Xbox for a full dust out/out(warranty people know the respect). Whatever they did do was perfect. I really hope they expand into console services. Thanks guys please think about expanding services to gamers. The consoles always need repairs that aren't here in our beautiful Taos. read more

Miguel did a great job of repairing the keyboard of my worn and funky 2006 Macbook Pro. I had several keys that were missing and others that were in bad shape. He completely replaced the keyboard (they save old computers for repair parts), made sure it worked and the price was under $70 for the part and labor! It just took a few days, and looks better than it ever did! As an added plus, they're pet friendly and made my pug, Miss Opal feel super special! read more

Experiences here were mixed. Two positive experiences with repairs- fast with accurate estimates. However, prices for electronic accessories will be high, and the store is weak in customer service. When buying electronic accessories, expect the same level of customer service as Best Buy or Walmart. Questions will be answered reluctantly... or not at all, unless one pays their $85/hour rate, even if paying a considerable amount for an accompanying repair. In this respect, service is akin to Best Buy, Walmart, or online but prices for accessories can easily be almost twice as much. The shop is oriented toward PC's. Mac users may be better off buying the Apple Protection Plan. Still the shop is not to be discounted as a resource in a small town with limited options. read more
