Full bar! Very large place with a ton of seating and the bar is pretty big too. Bartender we had was attentive and willing to chat when he could. Some fun games to play and the women's bathroom was clean on a late Saturday night! read more

Stumbled into this spot for cocktail. Place was popping. Had a dj playing music. Shuffle boards are therir theme. You can pay to play. We ended up at the bar top. Had the prickly pear cocktail with egg white and also the spicy Lucie. Both were fantastic drinks. Also ordered the chicken biscuits and truffle fries. Biscuits were solid but fries were just ok. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a more upbeat place. Glad we tried it. read more

Our party was late to our reservation, we sat at the bar until a majority of us arrived which was fun! When we were at our group area we wished there was more seating! Not enough for everyone but that wasn't too bothersome. In all honesty only a couple people from our group participated in the actual shuffle board, but we had a great time chatting over the delicious food! The quesadillas were great, pizza was awesome, and those chicken boneless wings/ nuggets were the best I've ever had in my life!!!! Would love to sit at the bar here and eat all day haha. The bar itself was gorgeous, whole vibe everywhere was so cute. The bathrooms were INCREDIBLE. Very private closed off stalls with incredible tiling and wood everywhere. read more

This place is fun for date night or outing with a group of friends. The food is tasty and perfect for sharing. We ordered the lemon-pepper wings, mac & cheese croquettes, steak & roasted tomato skewers, and tempura cauliflower. The drinks are good too. I appreciate how attentive the staff is. Our server Jonathan was awesome and made great recommendations on the food and drinks. We would come back again for sure. read more

The costumer service here is the best! I made a reservation online for my husbands birthday. They called me the day before to confirm, ask if there was some food we knew we wanted so they could have it ready for us, and also offered us a table to wait while all of our party arrived. I like that you can have 12 people for each board. When we arrived they showed us to our table where we ordered a few drinks and appetizers. We were then taken to our board where they explained everything to us. We went on a Friday night & there was a DJ that was amazing! The atmosphere here is so fun! We seriously had soooo much fun. None of us had ever played before except my husband but we all enjoyed ourselves. All of the games are fun and it was fun having teams. To top it all off they gave us birthday shots and had a cute sign for my husband. We will def be back and I highly recommend this place for any group events or even a date night! read more

Cute and fun place. Dallas is on the come up. Such a unique experience. I met here for a friends birthday celebration and had a blast. I enjoyed a nice espresso martini at the bar and later joined the table for fun games and charcuterie boards filled with delicious cuisine. We each paid for a champagne bottle to have a little fun. Don't waste your money! Went with a group of 8 people for the Shuffle Social. It's supposed to be 90 minutes of open bar and food. We did not get our first drink until 30 minutes in, leaving us only 60 minutes of open bar. It was also a pain to order and they were not clear with which cocktails were included, and which were not. The salted caramel espresso martini was from a tap and so sweet that none of us finished it. They did not bring out enough food for 8 people, and we had to ask several times for more hot honey pizza. It finally came out in the last 10 minutes. We definitely did not get our $65 worth (not including tax and tip) for only an hour of food/drink! read more

I've never been to a place liked this, and I loved it! A friend threw a birthday gathering here which included about 20 of our friends and the venue was very accommodating. At first I didn't think the brunch board would be filling but it was very appetizing and hit the spot. The avocado toast was by far my favorite and the champagne was far from cheap. Our waiter was nice enough to let us go to the back room where the lighting was perfect and there's a really cute backdrop for photos. read more

This is one of the best places in Dallas to celebrate your birthday! I had never been to Electric Shuffle before but chose to celebrate my birthday here with a Brunch Social with a group of friends. It exceeded my expectations! The staff (especially our server Diana) thinks of everything, not only ensuring every guest has a great time playing shuffleboard and munching on delicious brunch food, but also making sure the birthday person feels special and celebrated. Celebrated a friend's birthday this past weekend, and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. The majority of our party did the boozy brunch which comes with a bottle of champagne per person, and a three course meal. The first course was my favorite out of the three. The bacon, and the gravy for the biscuits were delicious. We had the breakfast pizzas for the second course. The pizzas was just okay. I'm not really a fan of pizza, so my opinion may be bias. The pastries for the last course were pretty standard. Our group had a great time playing the various shuffle board games, and we took great group photos in the the library. I'd definitely recommend electric shuffle, and I can't wait to come back. read more

Me and some friends came for brunch. They had talked about Electrical Shuffle, but I wasn't sure what to expect. We got the boozy brunch. We each got our own champagne bottle for mimosas. Then they brought out three courses of food. We sat at one of the shuffle board tables. The game options were really fun. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did. I defiantly want to go back. Next time I'd want to sit in a different section. There's two shuffle board tables per section from what I saw and our section felt tight but the others areas I saw looked more roomy. They have a Closed odd room that I'm guessing you can reserve for a large party. It's nice and really good for pics. All in all I enjoyed my time and would defiantly recommend. read more

Second year in a row I've had my birthday here and it was fantastic once again! Their reservations team makes it so easy to plan a big party (both years I had 20+ people). The pricing is reasonable as well compared to their competitors (Punch Bowl Social, for example). They get very, very busy so you'll need a reservation ahead of time for a group. SO FUN for a Girls night out!! Kevin, the GM, is wonderful, patient, and friendly. Ty, our excellent server delivered our variety of drinks and our selections of foods ( nachos, FFs, GlutenFree pizza, and sliders) efficiently and with a sincere smile. Now, about the game: It'S SO MUCH FUN. The electronics are smart and colorful and when you get a bull's eye (total eclipse) the replay video is hilarious. Great feel to the place and very much a great hangout for groups or just a couple's night. We went for just a couple's day. Eddie, the bartender, was fantastic. Recommended the Bramblin' Man and it was very good. Great balance of sweet with the Bourbon. We had pizza, salad and the Fries with Queso. All were very good. Be aware that the Fries with queso is shareable for 4-5 people, even though it's on the "Sides" section of the menu. Micah, our server, was really great as well. Made sure we understood everything with the shuffleboard tables and was great when we needed them. All around great experience and will definitely be back. read more

love love love this spot and actually went both Saturday and Sunday! great for work happy hours, family bonding, birthday parties, brunch, and more. it's always great vibes, great drinks, (the food is tasty but I didn't have on this time around), and free street parking before 6pm was a win. very engaging, but also chill enough. if you love some good, clean, competitive fun, Electric shuffle is a win. read more

The Filter Building? More like The Furnace Building--because attending a wedding here in May felt…read morelike celebrating vows inside an actual oven. Choosing this place for a Texas summer wedding is practically sabotage, and I'll tell you why. Picture this: the bride, groom, officiant, and wedding party forced to stand directly facing the blazing sun at 5pm (all to get the lake in the background). Guests are sitting in direct sunlight, melting, turning the ceremony into an unbearable endurance test. Everyone spends hours getting ready, wearing designer, only to have your blazer turn into a portable sauna, your undershirt is now marinated in your own sweat, and your deodorant taps out like "I wasn't built for this." If you think alcohol will make this better, think again! You can't of catch a buzz because it's so hot that any alcohol consumed immediately escapes through your pores. If you thought you'll just go inside for relief, you'd be wrong again! Expect the interior temperature of the building only marginally cooler than outside, maybe a toasty 90 degrees. Once the doors mercifully open to the building, there's a mad dash to the smallest bathroom in Texas--three tiny stalls and one pathetic sink to service a crowd of sweaty survivors. Mirror? Vanity space? Not here. Prepare to freshen up makeup elbow-to-elbow with strangers, in line, like you're waiting for a ride at Disneyland (minus any of the joy). After exiting the bathroom you'll see the long, hallway-like layout. This narrow layout ensures that anyone seated towards the back misses everything happening on the stage. Guests were left shouting conversations over deafening acoustics and cheap concrete flooring. The cramped table arrangement created constant traffic jams and awkward, uncomfortable pathways just to move around. Outside was equally dreadful. The ceremony area was poorly designed, with an embarrassingly short aisle that robbed the bride of a proper procession. Photography conditions were awful, marred by either glaring sunlight or the shadow of the building (no sunset views). The spider-webbed oak trees added to the unkempt appearance, signaling neglect and lack of care. Parking was another disaster, forcing guests to navigate through a rough, unpaved secondary lot, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. Finally, if you were hoping for some redeeming aesthetic charm, sorry. You'll find none in this ugly orange-brick box inconveniently located far from any decent bars or entertainment. Brides, unless your dress code includes swimsuits and flip-flops, pick literally anywhere else for your summer or early fall wedding. The Filter Building has successfully filtered out comfort, logic, and fun.

From the initial contact, Erin made me feel like I was Priority 1. She was always available, even the weird hours I had weird questions (lol). I cannot say enough about Erin and her team and how wonderful they are. I must personally acknowledge Charisma, Jakory, Jenny, Michael, and the ENTIRE Valet Team for taking exceptional care of my guests and me. These new friends have become new family now! One of the reasons I chose Sky Blu is because they do not sell food. This allowed me to hire my own caterer to personalize my birthday menu. The MAIN reason I chose Sky Blu was because of the amazing views of the Dallas Skyline. It simple does not get any better than the rooftop views! The room was excellent. It was the perfect size for the tons of stuff I had to bring with me for the celebration. The greatest benefit was staying at the same place the party was happening at. Did I mention we got a great rate too!!! Other reviews mentioned issues with paying the valet fees. The valet fees are cheaper than NOLA, so it wasn't an issue. As I mentioned, the valet team took really good care of our vehicles and helped with luggage. Tru and Sky Blu Rooftop Bar are now the #1 spot on my go-to list when I'm in DFW. The booking website promotes this gorgeous rooftop view of downtown Dallas's skyline and I was excited for that. The rooftop was closed both days of my stay. No notice or anything. This was my main draw to selecting this property. The air conditioner is only "allowed to" go down to 68 degrees. Sick of this save the planet aka save their money cooling restrictions. Is it really worth saving 50 cents a night to not allow your guests to sleep cool? The thick bedding / sheets are not breathable and I had a hard time sleeping. Only after I asked to check out early did they miraculously "get approval" to remotely reduce the room temperature by 2 degrees. What a joke. $350/night for a Holiday Inn level staffing and guest experience. The only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that I'll save my money and stay somewhere else where I'm valued.

Kyoto Sunset ($15): This one wasn't bad and tasted like honeydew. The ingredients include honeydew Calpico, so that makes sense. Johnny Walker Black ($16): This was our friend's drink, which I think was just coke and Johnny Walker. Nothing special about the taste either. Given the smell and so-so/terrible cocktails, we will not be coming back or taking our friends here.

We had a group of 4 girls and we did have a really good time during our 90 min shuffle board play. The 1 star comes from having to deal with their shitty manager after we received our tab. Clearly our waiter was new & had no idea of pricing even though their menu has had no price listed next to the tequilas they have. We orders 3 shots & 3 tequila sodas & were charged $35 each drink! $210 on 6 drinks! I can maybe understand the $35 for 3 shots because we specified casa dragones which is apparently top shelf premium (with no warning, guess you're supposed to know how much each tequila cost) but we just asked for tequila soda waters, no specific tequila & the manager refused to correct any amount on the pre paid tab. Her attitude was disgusting and rude the way she handled it. I'm ok with owning up to not knowing the price of every shot I order, but to keep charging $35 on drinks that are not asked for is scammy. What an awesome spot for a group outing! Our team of about 30 had a blast at Electric Shuffle in Deep Ellum, Dallas. The atmosphere is energetic, vibrant, and perfect for friendly competition. We reserved three shuffleboard tables, and once everyone registered, the system randomly paired players for head-to-head matchups. It created tons of laughs and kept everyone engaged as we cheered each other on. The food exceeded expectations for classic bar fare--the pizzas, meatballs, and nachos were all delicious. Service was top-notch too; the staff was attentive and kept our drinks coming without us ever needing to ask. To top it off, the night ended with a fun awards moment--the winner received a medal and a giant sparkler while the whole crowd celebrated. Okay I will start saying that the drunken Noodles and other noodle dishes here are probably the best in town. So insanely flavorful and with a great texture. But man I was really disappointed by the green curry and to an extent, the Burmese tea leaf salad too. Both just tasted off, especially the green curry.
