I use Electric Tan to help start a base tan in late spring. Each year I return (not sequentially as I'm not a regular tanner) I'm still so happy to be back. The ladies are super nice! It's a cute little spot. Parking isn't the best since it's also by a gym so just plan time for that. I did not like my spray tan and would not recommend that (to no fault of the employees there. I've tried various spray tanning beds and Mystic is good, but I didn't like the results I got from this one compared to the Mystic Spray Tanning Beds I've been used to but can't seem to find anymore!). I'd definitely be back for regular tanning though and absolutely recommend checking Electric Tan out. read more

I've been tanning since I was 16 well into my 50s now this is the best tanning salon I have been to they have just recently added red light therapy and I started using it and it's amazing. I'm updating my review (see below) not only because it's been a while but because I have been so super impressed with the way things have been handled at Electric Tan! My first review still stands... firmly stands! But I've got a few things to add.... So, sometimes in the winter months, I don't want to tan every day. Kind of stinks to have to stop my membership and start over again in May or June. Well, that's not the case! I can put it on hold for $5/month and continue to have the same pricing as I've always had per month once I start back up, rather than having to sign up all over again with a new contract. Then those $5 I paid into the hold get to be used as credit for upgrades, etc! FANTASTIC!!!! This just proves that there is amazing customer service and love for their brand. The same employees are almost always there, some for years! This also proves that there's something to say about this wonderful place. Electric Tan, you are definitely a ray of sunshine!!! My Original Review (2017): Tanning can be expensive, so no matter where you go it will cost you a pretty penny. (unless it is in the God given sunshine).... Prices at Electric Tan are very comparable to other spots and I think even may be even more reasonable. Plus it is the only long-standing tanning place around! Others drop like flies. The secure feeling of purchasing a membership here is worth it! You know they aren't going to just close up shop and run off, Electric Tan is a stable, established store that seems to not be going anywhere soon. Thank you for this peace of mind!! Most of the long-term help here is very friendly and greet me by name on each and every visit (even if it's been weeks or months!) Moved right around the corner and have gone to Electric Tan two times now, good experience both times! I like the mystic tan, they have multiple levels + scents and undertones you can add. My tans have both lasted about a week and a half. More affordable than other places I have tried - I even signed up for the 10 pack spray tans which brought the price down overall. The only thing I wish they had is the little things you can put on the bottom of your feet so they don't get all the extra spray tan on the bottom, but this is minor! read more

Just started tanning here. Everyone that works here is great the beds are good. It's always clean and has a friendly environment. The only thing I don't like is the hours they are not very Busy nurse and mom friendly. So at best I can tan on the weekends if I'm not super busy but at that their weekend hours are horrible too. I've been to this location twice during My visit, this is after not tanning in a salon for many years and I had a great experience both times. Today it was Rae and I'm not sure the name of the brunette from this past late Sunday afternoon but both of their customer service was outstanding. Both gals were very patient and extremely helpful in answering My questions regarding the difference between the 3 different options they have. The quality of the beds are also really good. I did the "mid" and they have similar specials on Sundays as they do on Wednesdays. A must check out if you're into salon tanning! This place is ok. Too pricey in my opinion. I called in for a mystic tan on a Monday and I New it was the special. But when I called in the lady quoted me the regular price. I think she just wanted to get one over on me. When, I used the mystic tan it's the old machine. It didn't dry right and it left me streaky. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Fabulous! I'm sorry I haven't yelped this sooner I totally forgot but was reminded when I just received a 20% off coupon because I signed up for their email club. I came her before a trip to Vegas last month and desperately needed a tan so I opted for a quick spray tan. I want to say her name is Jordan, the sales associate who worked there who had helped me. Short girl curly brown hair about 19/20 ish. Anyways she was amazingly informative. She literally talked for about 15-20 minutes prepping me on everything before I got the tan and how to do every thing correctly. She recommended a cream to put on before you tan to make sure you get an even coat so I figured I would try it it was only like $5. Tan takes about 20 seconds in total front and back you go naked into a booth and then wipe off. Shower and exfoliate before you go it helps makes it look softer and more even. I never looked streaky or orange I did level one and it made me a really nice color. I am definitely going back here for my next fun occasion!! read more

I haven't been tanning in almost seven years, but I needed a quick tan before an upcoming Vegas trip. I used to come to Electric Tan back in the day and I did a month to month membership plan. It was nice because they automatically billed you and you didn't have to worry about it. I came in today after printing one of their coupons off their website. The coupon was good for 7 tans within 7 days for $15. When I went in, the girl at the front was super friendly. The owner was there and we talked for a little bit about lotions. It didn't feel as if they were trying to sell me on anything, but more like a conversation with a friend. I ended up purchasing a sample of lotion for $8. It smelled so good that I'll probably purchase the $45 bottle at some point. read more

I would have to say electric tan is the best tanning place I have ever been to. Their packages, daily specials and monthly rates are something that other salons can't compare to. Their staff is very welcoming and the owner is nothing short of amazing. I have been coming here for about three years to get tan for stagecoach and every year I am surprised when I am greeted walking through the door by name! Best tanning salon in Orange County. This is not, low end tanning bed ! They offer a variety of tanning options. Low pressure beds, mid pressure beds, high pressure beds also mystic spray tan. Lori at the front desk always greets you with a smile. She also has the knowledge of helping you pick the right package that best fits your needs. Also her experience of knowing which bed best fits ( first time client's, or for those of us who have not ran in a while ) She helped me decide on the proper amount of time. I'm a senior & have a farmer tan from morning walks yet my belly is Lily white. Nothing worse than getting a pink belly ! Theres always been something taboo about guys going to the tanning salon unless you live at the Jersey Shore where it seems to be a religion. But if you don't have time to go layout at the beach or want an awkward farmers tan from playing golf or riding your bike, this place is a quick fix. I've been coming to electric Tan since 2009. It is always immaculately clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is great. When I first started tanning here I only used the mystic and had great results getting instantly tan for a weekend event. Now I use both the high and mid pressure beds. The high pressure is my favorite because you get bronze color without redness and you feel much tanner after just 1 to 2 sessions. I love this tanning salon. The ladies are always friendly. I'm white as cream cheese and within a few sessions on the high pressure and medium pressure beds, I have a nice base started. It won't be long know before I have the perfect tan. Normally it takes two weeks of feeling like a rotisserie chicken, burning and itching, at other salons, but not here.
