The mojitos to go were the best we found in the city. The bartender knew what he was doing. They were a little higher priced but worth it.

I came to Puerto Rico wanting to stick to authentic local food, but I was convinced to try this…read morespot and I have to admit, it was surprisingly good. Parking is a bit of a downside since there isn't much available, so I had to pay for parking. Once inside, though, everything moved incredibly fast. I got my food in less than 10 minutes, which is probably the fastest I've ever been served at a restaurant. It almost made me question how fresh it was, but after eating, I can say it was actually very good. I ordered the grilled white fish with lemon and egg fried rice with yum yum sauce on the side, plus shrimp tempura sushi to go. The yum yum sauce tasted like a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise, but when I mixed it with the fried rice, it was really, really good. The fish itself was tasty but needed more salt I ended up adding salt and squeezing lime over it to bring out the flavor. It seemed like it was only seasoned during marination and not finished properly. The salad wasn't anything special, but overall, for how quickly the food came out, the quality was impressive. Portions are generous, and the pricing matches what you get. We came around midnight and left close to 1 AM when they were closing. The place looked packed, but service was still quick and efficient. Our server was okay--nothing standout, but no issues either. Overall, I'd come back. Fast service, solid food, and a good late-night option.

The sushi rolls left a lot to be desired for - the one with the beef in it wasn't quite good. We only ate a piece of it. The crab Rangoons were decent - nothing to write home about. The service could have been better - even with such few people in the restaurant we were waiting many times for service, water, cheque etc.

I admittedly had low expectations for Chinese food in PR, but the lo mein with chicken was delicious! They also had a few vegan options, like the imperial ginger w tofu (essentially sweet & sour tofu) that comes with a side of rice. My lo mein did not come with a side of rice but the portion size could be split among two people, and you can add a side of rice for a small up charge. The vibe is a black & red Asian decor, with a rap around bar and a few restaurant tables. There is also a walk-up boba bar attached that's available on the dining menu.

We tried the pan fried veggie dumplings, scallion pancake, hongkong noodles, imperial ginger tofu, black bean chicken, ube pudding and donut with condensed milk. Also 4 drinks - ranging from floral soju based, tropical gin based to fruity bourbon ones. Everything tasted alright - but don't go here expecting authentic flavors - just get ur trip fix ins for asian inspired food. Also I'd skip the imperial ginger and anything that has sweet spicy description as those dishes only lean toward sweet sugary sauce flavors. Service is good but they took really long to come out with the desserts and then the check.

Located…read moreinside The Ritz-Carlton, Positivo is an upscale sushi spot that also has a vegetarian menu -- a rare find, and much appreciated as a seafood lover dining with a bunch of vegetarians. The ambiance here is high end and stunning, situated right on the water near the incredible pool. I kicked things off with a miso margarita which was everything I wanted it to be. I had the scallop crudo which was absolute perfection -- fresh and perfectly balanced. I had the Negi-Toro and San Francisco rolls as my mains, which were so unique, rich and fatty the way I like my sushi. We each had a mochi ice cream for dessert - I had the black sesame which was outstanding. Service here was also top notch, attentive and high end. Pro tip - If you're coming from nearby, take an uber vs driving. There's a mandatory valet ($25 validated, $40 non validated).

Soup was mid, a little salty for my taste. Dan dan noodles were delicious, and appreciate the accommodation to swap beef and pork for chicken. Green chicken curry was a miss for both of us, it was very creamy and lacked flavor. We were given these tiny sour lemon treats at the end which we loved. Overall, would definitely come back and try some other dishes if we stay here again.
