He also helped us wrestle with the technical challenges of recessed lighting in high slope ceilings. Through the entire process, he gave us the confidence we needed to easily make decisions and to put the vision into action for our home. Throughout the entire process, Josh was highly responsive, he communicated with clarity, and he had a fantastic sense of humor, challenging each of us appropriately when we were stuck in some kind of rut. He was great gave us different options at different price points also he helped figure out what I was trying to explain (I told him I don't know all of the technical names of the things, but he was able to decipher) and help us think through what we needed. Now a few other points of advice if you are a first timer, pictures of what you want to do helpful even if they are inspo photos, if you've got space measurements even better. Next time i will pay the service call to get the issue diagnosed and do the repair myself and save close to $200.
