The reason is it's rather dark and does not appear very safe back there at night. The Chargers are very well lit and there are six Chargers of which they keep five operational these are very high amperage Chargers with water cooled cables, will charge most any car at its full capacity. The rate is $0.24 a minute as of May 2019 which is okay for dcfc. They have both CCS and CHAdeMO plugs available on each charger and you can use credit card or the plugshare app to activate. There are several fast food places near by like Burger King.

Staff was kind of gruff, it's annoying the dealer hogs up their own chargers they offer as a paid service (pretty sure they were not actively charging as they were there over an hour), and the chargers across the street are the faster 250 kW and have 12, so I recommend going to the other one.

I inquired about using them and the service representative said sure. After waiting for about 20 minutes I checked if the cars were even charging, they weren't. The Tesla Representative could of indicated this to me when I pulled in. My CT being on 10% and first time in the area using chargers. Just wow, unbelievable service center, aloof, rude and just not helpful. DEI hires, go figure. Recommend going to near by Target charging stations. The wastoids at the service center abuse those chargers by camping them.

I get the issues occur parts, get mixed up, etc. etc. but it's how you handle those things that matter I placed an order online. I was notified that it was delivered. I showed up to pick it up when the parts show up. They're the wrong parts. I get it. Mistakes happen. I promptly informed the parts rep that those are not the parts that I ordered Her response is a stern "well that's what you ordered" Twitch I then began looking at my order. She looks it up in the system, and then realizes that truly they are the wrong part. No apology no accountability no owning the mistake. It's just always the customer's fault at Napa. Even when it's not.

Gabriel came quickly and gave me what I thought was an estimate for fixing one light switch and adding an outlet. Dave come that day and took 1 hour to do the work. I was surprised by the $350 estimate, but did not question it since I inadvertently assumed that I would be charged for actual time and materials. Isn't that the norm for electricians? I guess not now! Ah, the "estimate" was a firm quote to which I inadvertently agreed. Fast , professional service but $350 for 2 outlets in 1 hour? Buyer beware. Ask questions first, not when it is too late. I will find another electrician.

Alex helped me right away. He showed me the two battery options for my car and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. He was also really quick to pull my old battery out and let me know that removing it first would save me around twenty two dollars because it covered the core cost. At one point I totally misheard him and did not follow him back into the store like I was supposed to. He ended up coming back outside to get me, and he stayed super patient the whole time even though my hearing is terrible and I kept feeling lost. He walked me through everything without making me feel dumb, answered all my questions clearly, and got everything done really fast. Honestly it ended up being a great experience.

AVOID! I originally wanted IGLA & an alarm system installed…read moreonto my truck but this company doesn't install IGLA only Viper. I cancelled an appointment with them and drove 4 hours away to have IGLA installed and Compustar instead. I mainly wanted IGLA due to its features. Fast forward, I needed a rear dash camera (purchased off amazon; Neideso 360 dash camera set) installed into my camper shell and this company refused stating that "I had to go back to the people that installed my security system to have them install a rear dash camera". That is a lie. He was upset that I didn't use his company to install my after factory security system. This behavior shows a lack of emotional intelligence and poor customer service. People have after factory devices installed by different companies all the time. The front dash camera was installed by me inside my truck but due to having a camper shell I wanted the rear camera placed into the campershell.

I would recommend this place for anyone looking to upgrade their existing stereo system.
