Zabel changed my life! I went from lasering my face for years and got crazy acne. Then i went to wAxing and threading my face which made things worse. I had been plucking my hair for years and one day decided I was sick of the temporary fixes and was looking for something more permanent. I yelped electrologist and started seeing a lady in Long Beach. She was slow and would never completely clear my face of the hair so I kept looking around. I visited this lady in The west LA area and she was overpriced!!! Firstly, she would bring her screaming 2 year old to our sessions and he would yell the whole time. I would leave with a clear face and headache every time. She would charge me $200 every session. Then I stumbled across Zabil. I went in for a consolation and she immediately started working on my face. She told me of all the clients she had and how she got started so I became more comfortable. Being a black woman, all the electrologist I've seen made it seem like my "curly" hair was so hard to remove. Zabil proclaimed that she had worked on many people of color and had become a pro at it. Honestly, I didn't do as much research as I probably should have because I thought most electrolysis would be the same regardless of where I went. That could not be further from the truth. The quality of the machine plus the degree of skill greatly contribute to the results you'll see, and I got extremely lucky with Zabil! She is so, so good at what she does - she goes in at the exact right angle, using the right needle size and the right current, so there's minimal pain, no scarring, and fast results. It sounds simple but making sure to go into the follicle at the right angle can be really tricky. I went to electrolysis when I was in my teens and I would CRY from the pain, even after numbing! I had to stop going because it was so tortuous and I felt I'd grown MORE hair somehow. My experience with Zabil has been TOTALLY different and virtually PAINLESS. I've been going for 5-6 months now and the results have been incredible!! We've finished a few areas already (many areas only took 1-2 sessions because I hadn't waxed/plucked the hair before). Zabil electrolysis is really amazing. She is fast, straightforward, honest and kind and she is very patient.
