    I went to this store because the one near me in Gallatin is horrible. This store is so much better and they actually waited me. Lol

    If I could give this business a zero I would. We noticed the TV we bought from Conns had blue…read morespots and Samsung logo when the TV was showing light/white colors. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! They will lie to you and not honor their extended service warranties!!!! We bought an open box TV from them at the store it was on a dark screen saver so we did not see any defects. We had hesitation because it was an open box TV but we were told since we bought the Conns warranty that if we should have any problems in the next two years they would stand by the TV. So we bought the extend warranty and the TV. We called Conns extended warranty for a TV that we had less than three weeks, and let me list the problems with them.....1) did not show for the first appointment 2) On the second appointment showed but was rude and informed us that they would not honor the warranty because they do not cover what the blue spots and Samsung logo (AKA burnout). We called the store and asked for manager we did not talk to him but they left a message for my husband that said there was nothing they could do. So my question is this do is this do I get my money back for a warranty which you will NEVER be honored??? Should I cancel my current order for a refrigerator???? My next stop is to the credit card company to file a complaint with them against Conns for selling defective/fraudulent merchandise and warranties. Conns I may or not be stuck with with expensive/ defective merchandise, but you lost a lot more than I have as I have just move here and was in need of washer, dryer, refrigerator and about 4 more TV's and you just lost out on all that business!! I will never trust you again!!

I was…read moretold by the delivery driver to pour hot water on the spot because it is glue and someone would be calling me regarding the other area.. I ever got that call. Okay thats a negative, I won't be pouring anything on my furniture. Since I had financing, I called my servicer- since I was unable to reach the store manager. Lo and behold, they were able to reach him. The manger stated he did not know about the damaged items and would call me back. It took several days, but he did call. He asked if I would like it to be repaired or discounted. Since I work at a hospital and my schedule is unusual, I chose the discount. The manager stated some one will call. WELL......I NEVER GOT THE CALL. Since The better price is the 90 DAY SAME AS CASH, I am paying off the loan, and THEY NEVER GAVE ME A CREDIT ON THE DAMAGED ITEM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE A SALE!!!!!

Like most folks these days, I do most of my shopping online, but there is something about touching a laptop and the keyboard before purchasing. I knew what I was after, so I headed to the discount laptop wall, after a quick test drive, I chose the HP I wanted and headed to the register. Service was ok. They were well staffed, but the associates were all chatting with each other, not too focused on the customers, especially in the computer area. Store is clean and in good condition. So far, happy with my laptop purchase. Solid $199 that does exactly what I need it to do, without issue.

    We purchased an LG washer and dryer combo from Best Buy. We also had a five year service contract…read moreon both. The washer needed service and I contacted Best Buy customer service and they sent a tech to repair the washer. The tech accidentally put a small dent in the dryer during the washer repair and was honest and told me about it. The selector dial on the dryer had been getting intermittent and I asked about repairing it. He stated when he came back for the dial issue he would replace the top on the dryer. When I called Best Buy for another appointment, I found out they were not sending the same people out to do the repair on the dryer. I told them that the tech that was originally sent was from LG. They told me that they do not use LG and only use the geek squad. They keep telling me that I have to go to LG to repair the dryer top and I have tried to explain to them several times that they sent this tech to my home and the tech told me I have to go through Best Buy. Best Buy sent this company to my home and now they are not only avoiding responsibility for that, they are telling me that I have to contact LG to get the dent in the dryer top repaired. The company is deceptive and evasive. I contacted the BBB and they were as useless as the Best Buy Customer service.
