BEWARE! This company is a fraud! I took my Cadillac SRX and they were supposed to replace my Bose amplifier. However, they did not put Bose in my car and the sound was not functioning properly. I reported it to the owner and he sent a worker out to tell me to come back another day to get it replace when they were supposed to replace it yesterday. The owner totally avoided me and sent me home without making another appointment to fix my sound system! They talked down to me and other women there and are VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I took a TranzIt Blue to them to have them install it. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they definitely took advantage of it. They didn't plug the local antenna back into my radio and didn't match the vents back up. Of course since I wanted to use my new Bluetooth music stream, it was several days before I went to use "regular" radio. No dice. And a few days later it got pretty hot in summer, they misaligned my vents when they put them back in. Just last week, the tranzit system quit working. I had a reputable person look at it and they said they didn't even use wire nuts or tape, it just took that long for normal vibrations to work the half twisted connections loose. I purchased a Thinkware f200 for my CRV. I talk to my mechanic, and he recommended Electronic Masters. I went to them, and they did a very professional job with the installation. It was fast and it looked like a factory installation. After the installation, I did more research on the Thinkware f200. I found out it had a park mode feature, but it required 2 wire hookup to the fuzz box. I called and told them about the park mode feature. They told me to order the hardwire kit. I took it back, and they did not charge me to install the wiring kit. The installation again was very professional. read more

Here I sit going on my fourth hour for what was told me would be 1-3/4 hr. job. Typical " ignore a woman" in the shop -guys just walking around doing nothing. Then when I ask is my car ready, the clerk gives me a lecture on what they're doing to install speakers. Wish I'd never come here. STAY AWAY! P.S. Finally got my car back after 4 hrs. 10 min. I took my Nissan Titan in because my dash lights were out over my speedometer and odometer and I wanted them replaced. I was informed that it was a problem with the cluster, would be a 2 hr. job and $300. I was told that this was a common problem that had been seen many times before at their establishment. I agreed to the charges and told the man at the front office that I would wait because I live an hour away and had no ride back to my home. The job took six hours to complete and I was told that the servicemen had never done a job like this before. I would have never agreed to the job if I had known that they were inexperienced and that it would be 3 times longer than what was originally promised. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I noticed that the service engine light was on. This is a light that has never been on in my 7 years of owning the truck. Also, I noticed pieces of my dash scattered all over the floor of my truck. My interior was scratched in multiple places and my odometer and speedometer were missing buttons. They were not careful with my truck. In fact, it looks like the workers took a hacksaw to it, "fixed" the problem, jammed it back into place, and left evidence all over my carpet and carseats. I have never been so disappointed in service in my life. What kind of establishment treats a person's vehicle like this? If you don't know how to do the job, admit it and don't be consumed by your greed. The cost of the damage to the interior is multiple hundreds of dollars. I am outraged! read more

Shady shady mofos. Brought my Lexus Mark Levinson amp that had blown to these guys and they were going to charge me $950 to replace a bad circuit board. Made me put $350 deposit down said the amp would be in in 3 to 4 days and it took almost 2 weeks. Came in and waited four hours for them to tell me that the new board from their distributor was bad and that they would need to send it overnight to Mark Levinson to have it repaired. Wtf? I was told I was getting a brand new circuit board and it would pretty much be a brand new amp for $950. Took my amp and I'm taking it to another shop that is much more reputable. I'm told these guys buy used parts on eBay and often times they don't even work and they screw up your car worse than it was before you brought it into them. Beware!! read more

stay away from this shop, it all about the money, when i read the reviews it was to late. Got my car diagnostic test done at a BMW dealership they told me I had a CCC problem it was a little pricey to fix so I looked into Independence shops then I end up at this shop the biggest mistake of my life, they charge me $90 for a diagnostic test again and told me this diagnostic test will pinpoint the actual piece that is broken. I told him I already had a diagnostic test done at the BMW dealership and here is a copy of it they said that tests only looks at the overall picture but their tests will find the actual problem the actual piece that is broken. 2 hours later the young dude came and told me that the BMW diagnostic test was wrong so so i call the dealership and told them what was said and i told them I was coming over now with the new diagnostic test these guys could not provide the a copy of the diagnostic test the young dude at this shop told me nothing was wrong with the CCC i was piss when I heard that. To make sure I heard what he said I asked him again are you sure there's nothing wrong with the CCC he told me nothing is wrong with your CCC. I told him give me a minute I'm going to step outside and give BMW dealership a call he began to follow me outside and I told him go back inside and let me handle my business please. I told him i was going to get my lawyer involved against BMW dealership, then the story change. He said could not provide me a copy of their diagnostic test that they did. so I can't take it to the BMW dealership and prove that the dealership was wrong and then he changes whole story and said he never told me that. please stay away from these people they got me for $90 the bank told me someone already complain on this company before. I have to cancel my card and wait 3 days for a new card I also will be contacting The Better business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more
