Fannin does a really professional job on all surface types. Our house and yard includes stucco, cement tile roof, concrete and stone. I was especially impressed by their treatment of the roof and solar panels and care of the surrounding area. They consider carefully the type of washing needed and what will work and be safe. I tried Fannin for our gutter cleaning based on a lot of positive reviews on Yelp and from neighbors. They provided a fair bid, arrived on time and were professional. After they left, I noticed some things that were not to my liking and I was concerned. But, within 15 minutes of me sending them an email, the owner called and came out personally within a couple of hours (and on a weekend) to resolve the problem. He offered to refund the money I had paid and assured me that this problem was not typical of the way they do business. The following Monday, he emailed me, assured me that he had had a meeting with his crew to review their procedures and be sure his staff all follow the proper protocol. I give this company very high marks for their professionalism, their customer service and their willingness to take responsibility! I had a very positive experience with this company from start to finish. The woman who scheduled the gutter cleaning (Kim) was very helpful and the guys who came out to clean the gutters did a great job. In particular, we were impressed that they gave us a loose estimate over the phone based on the sq footage of our house, but when they came out, they charged us $100 less because they said the gutters were not that dirty. They also noticed some cracked tile on our roof and took pics for us so we could get them repaired. Great company! read more

Honestly, I don't take the time to leave a lot of reviews, but when I'm blown away by a service I feel compelled to share it with the Yelp community. I hired Fannin recently to do quite a bit of work at a new house I purchased. My wife and I were so excited to move into our new house, but every day we spent living in it we found more and more issues from the years of neglect the property had experienced prior to us moving in. As I was thinking through some options to help get the property cleaned up I got on yelp and shot a message to Fannin late one Saturday night. I received an email response within half an hour and set up an estimate for the upcoming Monday. Not long after, we had 4 guys spend an entire day at our new house cleaning the exterior, a retaining wall, every window, every porch (5 of them), every outdoor light and fan, etc. They literally cleaned every outdoor item that could be cleaned at my house. I thought I was hiring someone to just pressure wash and clean my windows, but I feel like I got so much more. The guys were so friendly. They worked hard. They were on time.
