Today, I tried for the first time a hair & facial deluxe spa treatment done by owner Savannah-- she greeted my sister and I as soon as we came in, offered us water; I appreciated how pleasant and hospitable she was. The whole experience was wonderful-- I felt relaxed and rejuvenated throughout the facial with massages, then my hair wash massage. The shampoo had a refreshing aromatic scent, as well as the warm towels and facial mask I had on too. I was just at peace that I fell asleep and did not regret for treating myself on this. Savannah was kind and put in a lot of effort to making sure I enjoyed. As a first time customer to her spa, I received 20% off and felt she was deserving so I gave a generous tip. I'll be back again for sure and highly recommend her to my love ones. Had a beautiful time at Elegance. Came in for a gel pedi and deluxe hair spa service. As soon as I walked in everyone was so friendly, offering me water or anything I may need at every turn. My gel pedi is gorgeous and my nail tech was very easy to talk to even educating me regarding the health of my nails. My hair service was so relaxing, wished I could stay awake to enjoy every second! There is even a facial aspect that enhances the experience. I was on foot and they offered to drive me back to my hotel or Target. Honest feedback: I was looking for a new nail salon in the area and found this place via yelp. I was hesitant to post this because I want to say the salon itself is nice and very relaxing and the people there are even nicer. That being said, I wanted to share my honest feedback for people who may also be looking for a new nail salon. I paid $135 for a gel mani and deluxe gel pedi. Not crazy but also not the cheapest. I am okay paying for services that match the price. That being said, my nails were pretty bumpy ( pet peeve of mine) and the nails chipped less than a week after (see photos) I would come back and try their head spa services as that did catch my interest. If you're not picky then do give this place a try because the people are so nice. I just am bummed it didn't work out for me. read more

I found this place while searching for a spa nearby the M Resort and this gem came up. As soon as I requested an appointment Anthony texted me a confirmation with directions to the spa. He was very accommodating to me making changes to my reservation. I booked their facial/head spa combo which was an amazing 55 minute combo of a relaxing hydrating facial followed by head massage and hair wash. It was so relaxing I ended up falling asleep during the service. It included a neck massage followed by a hair dry and brush. This service alone was 10/10 and an experience everyone should try. I also booked a pedicure which included paraffin wax hot stones and a scrub with gel polish. Visiting elegance nail & spa was the best thing I ever decided to do. It is a family run business with 5 star service, comfort & relaxation. I booked a combo package called Savannah Signature Hair Spa which includes an ultra relaxing signature facial complete with aromatherapy, anti aging serum, exfoliants, steam extractions, pore vacuum and protective eye coverings for my lash extensions & a shoulder and arm massage. I fell asleep! Savannah is an owner, so sweet, kind and a skilled cosmetologist. Following the facial I moved to the hair spa which is a comfortable bed with a hair washing sink. The scalp is brushed & scrubbed to remove build up, head, neck and shoulder massage as water runs through your hair. I'd highly recommend trying this combo. It's the best for your buck in Henderson. I also got a structured hard gel manicure by Tracy. She was also great, skilled and super kind. Overall, I will return and have scheduled my teen daughters for a facial and hair spa day. read more

I booked Savanna's Signature Hair Spa, which includes both the hair spa service and an amazing facial, and let me tell you, Savanna is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! When I arrived, Savanna was so sweet and walked me through the service, explaining that she would start with the facial and then move on to the hair spa. To my surprise and excitement, I noticed that the products she was using were the same ones I use at home: Incelluderm by Riman! If you haven't heard of it, you're missing out. It's a new Korean skincare line made with all-natural ingredients, including volcanic water from Jeju Island. And we all know Korea is famous for its skincare! Back to the facial--oh my goodness, it was so relaxing! My face felt amazing, and she even massaged my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. After the facial, it was finally time for the hair spa I had been dying to try, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. It took me back to my childhood when my mom would play with my hair--pure bliss. Savanna even gave me another neck and shoulder massage. The best part? Vo's Nail Salon is conveniently located off of St Rose Parkway and Eastern inside the Lowes shopping plaza towards the very back. The salon a elegantly decorated and very clean inside. Tables and spa chairs are spaced out. They even have a cute pink kids spa chair. I will definitely need to bring my daughter with me here the next time I go so she could get her pedicure done in that chair. She's gonna love it. Service was exceptional. I start out with the Bomb pedicure by Kim and it was amazing. The aroma therapy candle they light for you smells great. All the salts, scrubs, gels, wax, lotions, and rocks to go with the never ending massages was so wonderful. It was definitely worth the price and I will keep coming back for this specific all out pedicure. Seriously the best pedicure I've had in a very long time. Kim was very thorough and took her time which I loved. She made sure my feet was scrubbed smooth, my cuticles were cut, and my gel polish was perfectly painted on. Vy did my gel manicure and she did a wonderful job as well. We had a nice conversation while she thoroughly cut my cuticles and gel polished my nails finishing off with a good massage. I am very happy my hubby had a doctors appointment next door giving me time to go in for a much needed gel manicure and pedicure. I went in yesterday for a manicure with a friend when we needed to kill time on that side of town for a couple of hours between meetings. She had the sense to call ahead for an appointment, because I would not have thought to- according to a note at the door, they are only allowed to do services by appointment, so definitely call ahead. This nail salon is in the back corner of a plaza, quiet and somewhat plain, with warm and detail oriented service. It is family owned and operated, and in the two hours we were here, nearly all of the other customers were regulars who were greeted by name with a hug and catching up about each other's family- the best sign, like going into a restaurant full of regulars. I got a mani from Bon while my friend got a mani-pedi, and we both agreed that the staff were detail oriented and got us exactly what we wanted. If you are picky about your nails, you will love this place. The pricing is also very good, gel mani with removal was $31- that's like $5 cheaper than most other places. I'm not in the area often but would definitely get my nails done here again, great service. read more

I have a ton color treated bright blonde hair. My hair is soft, silky and sooooo voluminous! 100% DO NOT WAIT TO BOOK A SERVICE! After leaving yesterday, my daughter and I agreed this will be a monthly MUST! I've been paying $150 a month for another spa membership and cancelled it this morning! I won't be going any place else! I go here regularly and decided today was the day for this review. I love the location and how convenient the location is close to my house. I consistently get a facial and scalp therapy and I love it every time. It helps relieve stress and they provide great services every time. The scalp message is so thorough that I fell asleep; similar to Korean technique if that's what you're looking for. The facial is a must for me and I get it constantly where they give facial for an hour with calming music, great conversation, and is really a detox for me lol. They offer a lot of services and it's not a price that makes you feel like you are being ripped off. My mom and I come for pedicures and I do dip gel. The first time I got dip gel(the barbie sparkling color) was the first time I have actually done it there. The quality was beautiful, shape was beautiful but after a week my nails must have not agreed well to the brand. I truly know this because the nail tech who did my nails I have been seeing for a while and I know her work, my nails can last a month plus when she does them. I called her immediately and let her know my nails broke, she got me in THE NEXT DAY!!!!!! This is why I see her because she provides the best customer service. She spoke to the owner and they redid my set no problems. Lets just say I left thinking if anyone ever asked where to go I would say here. I never had this kind of service before, kind hearted, understanding service, not just from my favorite nail tech but from EVERYONE.
