Anna did my dip nails today and did such a great job! I braved a nail appointment with my not even 2 month old baby in his car seat. Anna was so patient and kind, and let me take small breaks to feed him. She also came over to help with his bottle and pacifier. She even called her sweet husband over who didn't hesitate to talk to my baby and help talk to him and distract him as we finished up. This salon is incredibly overpriced. They have no available prices on their website or in the salon on the sheets where you pick what you want. Today I went and got a fill with French and it was $95!!!! The fill was 60 and the French was an ADDITIONAL $35. Absolutely absurd. The salon itself is very nice and would be fine for those with a luxury taste but for those who want an affordable nail salon this is not the place. One nail tech, Q, was very nice the first time I saw him but today he was incredibly rude and dismissive to my friend and I. It was very clear he was making up prices in his head for us to pay because he was tripping over his words and was unsure of what he was supposed to be charging us. He has been at this salon for a very long time which means he should know exact prices. I have been to this salon around 5 times since July of 2021 and their prices have completely shot up. It used to be about $40 for a normal pedicure and 50 for a full set with NO additional fees for French tip and now it is $60 for pedi and $60 for a FILL!! However Nina sold her business and the new owners are nice and it's very clean in the shop still, but their work is not good. The gel mani's don't last and the pedicures need a lot of help. Love it here. Tina & Changli (I think that's his name... I'm so sorry if I got it wrong!) did AMAZING. They stayed an hour past closing to fulfill my service. Service was excellent, massage was excellent, & they did an excellent job. Used to come here because there was a nail tech that did amaaazing nail art whose no longer here but everyone that is, is really great! It took a few minutes to be sat at one of the many massage chairs for spa pedicures because they wanted to prepare the water and tools. Dana was absolutely great! I'm always hesitant to try new nail spas because I've had several bad experiences with nail technicians being too rough or have cut me. Dana was gentle, efficient, and quick even though I was getting French Tip. I'm in love with the outcome - she made sure of it. The massage chair was deep so being short was a little troublesome but Dana made it work. She was patient with me after giving me instructions on when to put my feet in the water or on the towel - I actually prefer this rather than forcing my feet to where she needs it. The place is quiet with great music low in the background. Dana was quiet but I honestly don't mind not having to talk - I was able to just relax and enjoy the process. I have been going to this nail salon ever since it opened. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet and always had great service. Unfortunately this salon is under new ownership. I decided to give them a try and what a disappointment. My nails chipped and broke within 2 days of my service. I was charged extra money for a gel that I had always had put on my nails. It is very noisy in the salon and not peaceful at all. There was an employee who was walking around barefoot when I was there. Prices have gone up and I find them to be extremely high. Staff is unprofessional when clients are in the salon. I do not recommend this salon. Save your money and time. read more

The worst pedicure and experience I ever got in my life, and I have been doing my nails for 20+ years. They didn't even soak my feet and tried to cut my nails dry that they actually hurt me. He didn't do anything I asked him, that I actually changed my mind and decided not to do gel nor put any nail polish because I didn't trust him. They tried to cut my boyfriend's nail on dry as well, where the clipper broke and she cut him. When my nail tech asked me if I like my nails and I said no he actually yelled at me. I have never in my life had worst nail experience, and they charged us $90 for I don't even know what. They didn't cut my cuticles, callus, I asked for shorter nails and he left them long. They literally just trimmed my toe nails, and didn't even do that well. read more

After moving from Miami I've been really searching for a fantastic nail salon and have been having no luck. I used to walk by La Bella all the time because I go to brew tea bar so often. I was also informed of a 15 minute wait, which was totally okay because I was a walk in on a weekday in the evening. Interior/ambiance: 10/10- I know this is subjective but I think everything about the inside is beautiful. It's very classic. Muted colors and mood lighting. The mirrors on the wall make the place look bigger than it is and it's beyond clean. Giving me ideas for my house. Staff: 10/10- everyone was so nice and kept asking me how my experience was. I had very nice conversation with Nina. I loved that there was a coat on everyone because it makes everyone look like a team. Plus it really pulls everything together. NAILS: okay so obviously this is why you would read this right?? Well, I used to get acrylics all the time but since I started lifting I've switched to gel because I need them on the shorter end. They've been a bit too short lately because I've been breaking them. I was a little scared of what gel would look like on short nails but they turned out sooo great! There's a cash discount, so I recommend bringing some cash to save you a couple of bucks. There's also a free pedi scrub for first timers! Don't forget to check in and let them know! The prices are reasonable and compete well with other salons. Anyway, I don't know why others may have had a bad experience, overall this place is wonderful. As I asked do you have a menu of services another female tech approached the desk and laid it on the counter. No interaction.. nothing...no words. I asked about manicure/pedicure combo and she quoted $65. Not one word after that as she stared at me looking at the price menu. I asked if they have a menu I could take... no she responded. I felt so uncomfortable and weird by the silence I just walked out! If you want folks to use your business you have to engage with them and looking at your shop which looked nice buutttt it was empty I am sure this speaks volumes.
