I was greeted by a gentleman named Shawn who took the time to listen to my request and ensure that he would create an arrangement just the way I wanted. When the arrangements were delivered, I couldn't stop smiling. They were absolutely gorgeous! Shawn made two tall arrangements with the colors: blush, white and rose gold to match my theme. I just called and let them know what color, how many, what time, where and when they should be delievered and it was that easy! Prices are reasonable and delivery was right on time for the event. I went to pick up the arrangement today for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed which then turned into frustration. When I ordered it I asked for 2 different shades of pink and white along with an image of how I wanted the arrangement to look like. I also had them incorporate long balloons on the neck of the top balloon. Everything I asked for, the owner said he could do. When I went to pick it up (THANK GID I DUDNT HAVE THEM DELIVER IT) the colors they used for the neck and base were green, red, purple, yellow...the pole were red, green and white and NO LONG CURLY BALLOONS on the neck. How did they come up with all those colors when pink and white was what I asked for. When I asked why no long poles on the neck...employee said they can't do that. I bought balloons from Elegant Balloons. They were delivered after 5:30 pm on a Thursday evening. The next day, less than 24 hours later, every single latex balloon was floating on the floor. When I called Elegant Balloons, the manager told me that his latex balloons stay inflated for 12 to 20 hours. When I have bought balloons (which I have done many, many times over the years, both in the past from Elegant Balloons and from other vendors), the balloons (latex) have stayed up for 2 to 3 days before deflating. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I needed letter-balloons made for the following day so I went in on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they were able to do a last minute order of five balloons. They blew them up and were done in about twenty minutes. They never discussed prices or anything. She told $86.....okay.....$86 for a sack of air. Fine, I get it. They went over with me that you need to keep them out of the sun, keep them in room temp etc. and they should last 3-5 days. As I left Elegant Ballons I took them straight to the birthday venue in West Hollywood and they were kept in a dark/cool room. BALLOONS LASTED TWO HOURS! What a waste. So I called them the next morning (Sunday) and asked for new ones considering I paid about a $100 for balloons or to reimburse me. He declined both options and was so rude over the phone. Horrible customer service. I had to go deeper into Sherman Oaks and found Party City, thank goodness! Got the same balloons for only $50 and they're still inflated and beautiful. Thank you Party City--saved the day, literally. Elegant Balloons, you're killing your business. I will never EVER waste a dollar on you again. $86 for shitty balloons that won't even last two hours. PATHETIC. Now go ahead and have someone write a fake-review to compliment this one so your ratings can go back up;) You're horrible. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! read more

After calling Dr. Balloon whose web site said they delivered to Studio City, only to have them tell me they don't deliver there when I called (then take it off your web site, Idiots), Shawn saved the day and patiently helped me design a bouquet over the phone.
