She utilized so many cleaning and cleansing procedures before she started working on on my chin. Maria is absolutely amazing! I've been wanting to get rid of excess hair on my belly for a while now and learned that electrolysis will give me permanent results. I have PIH (hyperpigmentation) from razor burn due to shaving and I've dealt with the embarrassment of this PIH for years now, so I came to Maria after reading the reviews about her. So far, I've had only two sessions and not only is the hair not growing back in some areas (didn't expect this to happen so soon), my PIH is also literally DISAPPEARING right before my eyes!!!!!!! I had my first treatment about a week ago on my neck. Keep in mind my hair is very coarse(I have curly hair) and stubborn & it grows very fast!! So far I haven't had any new growth. Maria is very good at what she does. I never have burns or scabbing. When she has the time, she likes to educate her clients because she feels that it is important. She stays booked solid because she is so good. I recommend booking months in advance and booking consecutive months at a time depending on your frequency needs. I just had my first session and it was great! Maria is so sweet and informative about the whole process. I was very apprehensive about electrolysis and the pain based on what I had heard from others experiences else where, but she reassured me that it wouldn't be an unpleasant experience. Almost all of my unwanted hair is gone, and I'll only need a few more appointments for the final, permanent result. Maris is so nice, professional, and accommodating. Maria is very professional and most of all concerned for her client and their comfort. She is patient and not looking at the clock to end your session and will finish as much or more than she can in your time slot. If you tell her you need more anesthetic than others may, she will take care of that for you.as she did for me. As I tell her, I am a baby when it comes to pain.
